    This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. I booked this hotel thro internet and the hotel was mentioned like it is a normal hotel with all the amenities including the brush, internet, LCD Tv etc. Everything was available also but the hotel is currently a third rate hotel kind of thing. I stayed for only one night and the moment I entered the hotel, I called my friend to book another hotel. Even though it is located in a prime location - walkable distance from Chungli TRA station, Not recommended for anybody especially families, business people etc. Also we could hear all the sounds from outside made the night horrible....     飯店距離火車站約有10來分的距離,沒有交通工具會有點麻煩,前臺的人員態度很好,滿親切的,房間也還滿乾淨的,衛浴設備還是傳統浴缸,整體而言算是不錯。... More

    非常不愉快的經驗。第一次遇到。 1.廚房阿姨態度惡劣,走進廚房向她說明家人身體狀況,所以無法用餐,是否能拿上去,她回應非常激烈,說頂多只能拿麵包蛋糕啦,且一副我欠她錢的樣子,接下來就是一臉我欠他的樣子。我還是親自走進廚房敲門和她說明,她卻大吼大叫。 2.向櫃檯服務員說明情況,得到答案是廚房歸阿姨管,所以要聽阿姨的。 3.管理制度無彈性,恐怕一點蛋糕麵包都塞不了一個男人的肚子,我本就無意要拿什麼兩盤三盤,又不是豬,吃的了那麼多嗎?!拿一碗粥和配菜有那麼難嗎? 4.不建議帶著行李的顧客來居住,因為行李箱可能重達20公斤以上,出電梯之後要自己搬著上下半層樓梯。 5.有些網友說的是對的,房裡有時候會隨空調來煙味和外面的火車聲音。 結論,不會建議海外友人和台灣友人來台或來玩時居住。一分錢一分貨,以後會選更高價位的旅館。...     房間品質差異大、窗廉與設備髒汙老舊

    1. 房內拖鞋一看就知年代久遠、而且還不乾淨,地板也有灰塵,這樣誰敢走在地上 2. 窗簾與枕頭套泛黃且有明顯污漬 3. 床墊未免太硬!! 比幾千塊的普通彈簧床還硬,不知道是怎樣的床墊,像睡在木板上一樣! 勉強躺了一晚,根本睡不著、腰痠背痛 覺得服務人員態度很好,早餐也不錯,所以本來滿喜歡入住的,但是不幸住到房間真的心情不好也睡不好,以後不會考慮了。... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
