    Whenever I visit Munnar I take veg food here Ambience - no big ambience and always crowded due to good review by most of people because of tasty food . Donโ€™t expect big ambience you will be highly disappointed ๐Ÿ˜” but can be a choice if it does not matter Crowd - heavily crowded all the time since it close to the main bus stand and rated well due to quality food . If you are not a crowd saviour then avoid it No parking Food quality - this is the place it takes the lead and offer what exactly customer want . No harm to your tummy , soft and tasty . They serve only vegetarian and selected items but well made . So if hunger is your choice and not ambience then must visit and cost also less when compared to other hotel . However I am fine because I go in food quality rather than ambience . Can try for our vegetarian lovers .... More

    ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH AND UNSAFE HOTEL : READ CAREFULLY WHAT HAPPENED TO US

    Very bad hotel i went there with my wife . We unfortunately reached early morning in munnar with little confusion on bus timings . Having reached there no one opened the door in early hours of morning as we took help from an auto bhaiya who took us to SARAVANA BHAWAN HOTEL . Ok fine thats acceptable i reached at an odd timing but to my shock the way the guy at reception shocked us with the tone and misbehave . He said " OYE SUN LENA HAI TOH LEY ROOM NAHI TOH NIKAL "to which obviously i walked out and he banged the door . I only requested like any traveller will do that since i reached at 5 we requested if we can get some concession and i was in very good and talking politely but to my shock despite of me being with my wife at such time the disrespect shown plus the rooms were too small at all not clean this kind of behaviour rubbishes me off and SUGGEST you to not visit here as its compeltely unsafe . I am glad i dint stay there s they showed no courtesy and acted like goons . I can imagine that if anyone of you faces any situation like this they may ask you to leave or drop you off in the middle of night too . Please i am not exaggerating just angry at the reception i got . hope many of the family people who visit for holidays would understand that i faced such situation if you did . you may feel the same MY name is praveen sejwal and an i am resident of delhi . this review is genuine and only done because of the misbehave i faced despite of having my wife along with so such hotels should trim its people and atleast some respect...     First choice of everyone.. Famous for it's delicious food and service. I was in Munnar for 3 nights and everyday i go there for my breakfast & dinner. They have a lot of variety in foods specially the South Indian category, have tried many of them but Rava onion masala dosa & Uttapam were my favourite.. Infact, my everyday's breakfast. They have a very good reputation in area and even the locals prefer the same. Staff's service was good and the food was just awesome. Recommended to all.... More

    Well, in Munnar it is hard to get good Tmail food. For vegeterians who can not have fish and chicken Tamil dishes are at rescue in southern part of India. In Saravna Bhavan, you can have good veg food with lot of spices and flavour. Overall this place has huge crowd eating daily and so it is usually serving hot fresh and hygenic food. Do visit once atleast when you are in Munnar.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
