    The hotel is located just about 500 meters from the Marina beach. There's a Sarvana Bhavan bang opposite the hotel. The Russian Embassy is also opposite this hotel. The hotel seems to be an old construction. The reception is located on the 1st floor of the hotel. The rooms seem to be worn out. The toilets smelt awful. The in-house restaurant serves breakfast. A special mention of Mr. Chow from FabHotels is a must. He has been very efficient and hospitable. Apart from the location, there is not much that the hotel has to offer... More

    Located conveniently on the main (Santhome High) road it offers decent and comfortable accommodation. Good for an overnight stay. The restaurant is average and the breakfast buffet is ordinary but value for the money that you are paying.... More

    The hotel is located in a well connected area and their air conditioning works. In a way that's enough for an overnight stay. Not even a kettle in the room, no other amenities, single bath towel, no hand towel, no shower curtain so entire bathroom gets wet and messy if you run the shower. The shower was clogged with salt and the taps and toilet have outlived their days. I got a dirty kettle after asking for one. Corridors had cockroaches and were dirty. My purpose of stay was just a place to rest for the night so I did not complain. ... More

    Serrrrrrrrved it's purpose. Close to stone good spots (at the very least it's only an uber/auto rickshaw ride away). Good wifi connection, they serve local breakfast each morning, great service, fabulous breadtooooast!... More

    Ignore the photos because I think they were taken about ten years ago. When we arrived the guy tried to charge me an extra 1000 rupees than if I just booked through Tripadvisor, so we had a strange conversation where I stood in the hotel & he was telling me it was cheaper to book online. We'd booked the most expensive room, hoping for a bit of luxury, but we knew it was going to be bad as we walked up to the room & saw all the dirty plates etc outside the door (I assume from the people the night before). The room had a strong smell of smoking despite it supposedly being a non-smoking room. Once I pulled back the bed sheets I was sure they'd just remade a used bed. There were various hairs in the bed. It wasn't hard to spot other things wrong with the room but it didn't look like it had been cleaned in a while. Everything was covered in dust and dirt. The door fell of the cupboard when I opened it, which we were actually quite amused by at the time. The room came with an adjoining kitchen but the surfaces were sticky & upon opening the fridge I came to the conclusion that I would not be buying anything that required me to step in the kitchen again. It was gross. The bathroom stunk so we kept the door shut throughout our stay. The toilet cistern leaked constantly across the floor, which I told reception about, but they never came to look at it & told us we couldn't move room. They obviously knew about it already. The shower was grim so my partner didn't shower that day, but I battled through. Before I got in I had to hose down the 20 or so flies that had gathered inside. The shower was ok but the smell from the toilet meant you didn't want to hang about. This was just one of those places that you didn't have to exaggerate anything because it was so bad. The only positives were that the wifi was ok & they let us leave our bags in reception while we went for breakfast. Needless to say that we only stayed one night & I will never return.... More

The hotel has an Multi-cuisine Restaurant, Marina Kitchen, which is situated on the first floor of the hotel. Marina Kitchen offers carefully selected Chinese, Thai and Indian dishes.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 24 hours, Check-out Time is 12 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
