    We found this an excellent Resort. I stayed for 3 nights in Jan-2019. Enjoyed the property. Staff was very polite and friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is very well appointed, Beautiful view from the balcony room, amazing food and an excellent location. Best property for the couple's and family.     Worst hotel in my life such horrible no hot water coming in room floor is damaged room shown in pics are excellent but when visited given worst one food quality also worst booked for 3 days but stayed 1 day only and shifted to j j vivan hotel also staff behaviour very rude not advice any body to visit these sandhya resort other is your wish...     My stay at Sandhya 🏨 hotel was excellent and Comfortable. This is a very much kids friendly hotel and the rooms and the ambience is clean and tide. As I visited in the winter we were served with heater and mostly appreciate the friendliness of the whole staff. As Sri Lankans with in our 10 days Indian tour this is the only one hotel who served the welcome drink and I noticed it as it is a must innour country. Other than that the restaurant dining is one of the great experience with the assist of Mr. Tanu and thank you so much for all the help and the friendliness you all serve us within our stay. If anyone looking for a nice hotel in Manali I highly reccomend this hotel and promise you are not gona dissapointed. Because their service is beyond the expectation.... More

    I have been here for 3 days stay with my kid and wife and our stay was really cool and great.The most appreciated thing of the hotel is the best staff and their service. Specially the restaurant staff member Tanu Rana was such a nice and humble person and he made our stay in the hotel a wonderful experience.As we were from Sri Lanka he was working so hard to let us experience new Indian food and appreciate it. These kind of staff members are hard to see and they work really hard to make the customer stay a remarkable one. So if you stay in this hotel and need any help let them know. Sandhya Resort and Spa is a 4 star hotel in Manali known for its Kerala ayurvedic spa. This property is situated at just 0.6 Km from Manali Bus Depot and Vashist Hot Spring (3.8 Km). Housing a total of 49 rooms spread across 3 floors, this hotel offers in-room amenities like 24 hour room service, telephone, tea/coffee maker, television, hair dryer on request and a mini-bar. Additional facilities include gymnasium, baby sitting facility, business centre with secretarial service, Wi-Fi in public areas, travel desk, car rental, car parking and currency exchange. Jacuzzi, sauna bath, steam bath and recreation center is also available in the premises. The in-house restaurant offers multi-cuisine meals to the guests. Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 10 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
