    Firstly let me say that this place is exceptionally cheap, in a beautiful location and was a good laugh. However, it needs a bit of love and attention. On arrival reception staff were very good and we were able to check in 2 hrs before normal check in time. The apartments are massive with a big kitchen, roomy bedrooms and really good bathrooms. But the beds, oh dear. It was like concrete. We stayed 2 nights and had to use the cushions off the sofa the second night. We were all exhausted when we left. Breakfast- pure comedy, we ordered toast and eggs, the toast came first before the eggs and we had to pay for the butter on our toast before the eggs came. The guy at breakfast wouldn't let us have for coffee ( self serve) before we paid for our first cup, I should add we were using our own coffee. It was a laugh! The pool was very nice although we used the beach. I would stay here again if the beds were changed because the location was perfect and the views over the field very pretty, we saw peacock's, piglets and all sorts of different birds.     I never stayed in this hotel. But intended to spend a couple of days with a group of 6 to 8 friends in here. I had some confusion in regards to some services provided by this resort, So I called them directly. A Lady answered my call and there seemed to be some distortion while she was talking. She bluntly told me to Send an email and stopped responding, though the call was still on. I then disconnected the call and called back atleast 5 to 6 times and she never answered the phone. What a Lazy front office staff. I never bothered to checkout this resort again and am looking for different options.... More

    Nice place atmosphere . The rooms are also good n spacious with near by beaches . Only thing need to improve is food service and quality . Time taken to deliver food is too long nearly one and half hour.... More

    We stayed here for 12 nights...the stay was very peaceful and relaxing..the staff are 5star..nothing was too much for them...very very helpful..this includes the owner..if the rooms and decor was to this standard too it would be perfect hotel...rooms are at moment being upgraded and are extremely nice..but the old room which we stayed are 1star..very very basic..dirty curtains..but the maids do there best ..overall..yes I would definitely recommend this hotel...also be away of price difference around new year..much cheaper to come around the 10th.....     Dreadful Hotel, Dirty.

    Hotel SAN Joao is a no go unless you want a very low budget holiday. It was dirty in desperate need of upgrading. In the bedroom we didn’t have a wardrobe or draws ....in the bathroom was just a light bulb with bare wires showing...the beds were dreadful very uncomfortable, bed linen was all bobbly and the pillows were dirty. They were cleaned but at an exceptionally low standard. Definitely not worth the money they charge even for a budget hotel.The kitchens were ill equipped with filthy curtains. Definitely not recommended. Could not wait to get home to be honest. The only positive remark is Brice the owner was very accommodating and the staff were friendly and helpful. Needs upgrading to a better standard in all of the bedrooms also the whole building outside. My daughter rented a room with a corner bath which had a hole on the bottom of the bath and scratched and dirty. Do not recommend this hotel at all. Do not let the photos fool you.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
