    the hotel is just 10-15 mins by car from the airport. booked two rooms for just a night halt on my way back from pondicherry since i was to take a morning flight at 7.50 & the hotel assured a complimentary drop of to the airport at 6.30am. eventually, they refused a one way drop to the airport on the pretext that they have only 1 car for airport drop and that has been assigned to another customer for airport drop!! i had to arrange for an Uber at the last moment. hence, misleading information provided in web sites regarding free one way drop!! room was basic and functional, good ac, nice restaurant and room service staff. non-veg food in the restaurant was too good and we all loved it. mutton biryani, lacha paratha & mutton rogan josh are worth mentioning. good free wi fi....     Decent Night Halt Option

    I was traveling with my family and opted for an overnight stay at Sai Bala Grand as it seemed a decent option from the reviews in TripAdvisor in close vicinity of the Airport. The hotel is located 3.5 kms from the airport but it took us 45mins to reach the hotel at 7.30pm. The traffic is very heavy in office hours. If you are staying here and have to catch a flight between 8am to 10pm please keep extra 30-45 mins in hand. Hotel offers complimentary one way transfer to /from the airport. Chargeable transfer is priced at Rs.300. People in reception speak Hindi and English. Hotel drivers are well mannered and manage to understand and speak English. We had booked a deluxe category room. It was cosy with comfortable bed and clean washroom. But there were mosquitoes in the room at night and no repellent to keep them away. The hotel has an in-house restaurant. We took dinner. Food was just about okay. Mosquitoes were a menace. Again no repellent to keep them at bay. Next morning breakfast was complimentary. Nothing good to mention about it. At 8-8.30 am you would expect nice warm breakfast but it was far from it.... More

    Caution..!! Never book a room at this hotel

    I booked two luxury rooms at this hotel for our onward journey to Tirupati since this Hotel is near to Chennai airport and we had an early flight to catch the next day, this turned out to be a mistake since there are similar hotels in the vicinity which are cheaper and also offer two way airport transfers. The reception staff at this hotel is unprofessional and arrogant. The rooms are not like as seen in the pictures the ones offered to us were very small and bathroom was smelly, one of the bathroom was having faulty cistern for which we complained but it wasn't repaired until we arrived back to the hotel at 1:00 AM. The objective of the hotel seems to be fleecing the customers, they charged us for the extra bed although we had paid the full amount through MakeMyTrip for the total number of persons and also had a word with the reception staff before coming, they agreed that they will put an extra bed in the rooms without any extra charge, upon our arrival they denied having made any such commitment. ...     Decent business class hotel at moderate cost

    Stayed for a week in June 2017. Its good new Business Hotel with nice Restaurant. Rooms were small but neatly furnished with all amenities. Bathroom was very neat and the fittings were brand new.Breakfast options are limited but tastes good. Location is bit far but kindah OK if you have a car. Lots of eateries nearby. Parking is too small but manageable. In-room dining is costlier. Overall Satisfied. Recommended for longer business stays... More

  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.
