    Had come to Mumbai for a business meeting. Very close to the airport, despite Mumbai's traffic, it only took me 20 mins. Check-in was quick and hassle free.     A very good hotel with good complimentary breakfast

    Hi friends! I visited this hotel during a business trip to Mumbai.The rooms were good although the lighting could have been better. The rooms which were offers to is had electricity issues as lights of half of the rooms where nonfunctional. I requested the hotel management to change my room and they promptly responded to my request. The other room that was provided was better it was well spaced, clean, the bathroom was good, bedsheets were clean so as the towels overall a good experience. In the morning you had to collect a complimentary breakfast card from the reception. The hotel offers meal in a nearby restaurant adjacent to the hotel.They offer a limited but good food choices for the breakfast. Overall a good experience.The hotel also offers free wify with the only issue that they will only provide wift on treo devices. There is also one issue that login credentials get expires soon and very frequently you have to rush the hotel reception to get new credentials which is highly frustrating. One more advantage associated with this hotel is it's location. It is situated very near to bus stand and local station so traveling to different places to Mumbai is lot more easier.     Friendly and helpful staff, nice stay overall, best thing is: it is near to santacruz station making it easy to travel. Recommended stay for everyone. Breakfast and wifi included in all packages.     Had a brief 1 night stay over in Mumbai before our flight to Dubai. Hotel is centrally located and service was great except that when taking showers, the drain clogs up and you are left standing in several inches of water which goes onto the toilet/vanity area.   5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
