    Dont fall for the photos.it will not be like this.you cannot enter the bathroom and no one will come even if you call to complaint something.i didnot sleep well because of the bad smell of the room spreads everywhere.neither the room is clean.they wont even give drinking water even if you inform such a terrible thing i have ever faced in hotel. 1.bad smell 2.bedsheets and bed spreads wont be clean 3.toilets looked like an one in busstands 4.geyser will not work 5.no drinking water 6.broken woods and mirror DONT FALL FOR THE PHOTOS...     OK hotel for a quick stopover

    Stayed in this hotel via Oyo rooms. The rooms are clean and spacious. The front desk staff is very polite, helpful and always smiling. The complimentary breakfast is not that great. All in all this place is good if you want to stay the night while you quickly get in and out of Chennai for quick business like a VISA interview etc.... More

    Clean rooms but poor complimentary breakfast service

    The rooms are clean & spacious, the staff is polite and the accommodation is near to all facilities like medical shops, clothing stores and vegetarian restaurants like Hot Chips or Saravana Bhavan is only 2-3mins away by foot. But the complimentary breakfast service is poor. The hotel dine-area has no chairs to sit & eat. We ordered to the room 15mins before their cut-off time of 10am but they said not available. The next day, we ordered again at 8.30am with coffee but the breakfast came 1 hour later, and they forgot coffee. When we reminded about coffee, they said it's over and we must pay if we want. The room(a 3-guest room) also had a leak on wall near bathroom and the phone didn't work. Thankfully, we could still get a good sleep.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
