    Very very very very very worst hotel i never see ever

    I went Munnar for 3days trip, booked for 3 days.reached hotel first day 11 pm and left from the hotel next day 5.30am. stayed only one night only .worst beds ,bathrooms,environment ,no proper locks for doors,broken window glass, some kind of muttai putchi present in the bed .not a safe place to stay.not advisable to family and kid's.please don't go to this hotel.if you go to this hotel you will get very bad impression about bread munnar... More

    Room condition is not good but wide,centrally located at munnar city easily accessible to market.hot water available.book through yatra but they given four bedded room in place of two bedded.told to change the room after realizing room condition but manager straightway given advise if you don't like room you cancel the room booking through your agent.traveled in peak season no more option I had to book.booked after reading negative review.found bathroom full of insect & lizard.not suitable for small children....     Worst Hotel, spoiled my vacation

    I stayed here for 4 days with my family. Hotel rooms very dirty, walls lost the paint and look,they don't have any room service. For everything, you need to go chase them. Hotel doesn't have restaurant. They bought food from roadside small shop and served us, that too asking after several times for that. Pillows and blankets are so dirty and with stains and marks. First floor deluxe room is smelling very bad. Upon asking about the same, they sprayed room perfume on one day, rest of the day they didn't care. Hotel really spoiled the vacation, it is very near by the Munnar Town. But the location is very bad facing all the shops. Bathrooms are filled with lot of insects, for getting hot water, you need to waste 5 buckets of water, it takes 15 mins.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
