    Our room was very small. There was no space to walk around the room. Both the room and bathroom was dirty. We thought of changing room but some of the room didn't have attached bathroom and wifi was not reachable. So their best room was the worst that I have seen till now.... More

    If you're on a visit to Mumbai, avoid this crap for heaven's sake...It is just terrible...Locality is pathetic....Service is nil at the bottom...No facilities at all...I called up my travel agent and told him to book a hotel at a convenient place with an average price and the moment I stepped in, it turned out to be a worst place I've ever been...I stayed there for a night and don't ask how it felt like...dirty and small loo...the room is like 6 x 9 feet...that shouldn't be called a room technically ...next day I woke up around 5 in the morning and left moreover the so called receptionist was sleeping on the floor...I still can't forget the way I felt...thumbs down...please ignore at any cost....by the way there is no standard rate set by the so called hotel...I've hardly wrote a review about any hotel but this one forced me to write one...... More

    You definately need to avoid it at any cost as it's the worst you can expect. I gave it a rating because it didn't let me go further to submit without rating it. Me and my friends booked it online and paid something around 2700. Seeing the conditions when we tried to cancel it, neither the staff agreed nor the online website did. Worst experience ever. I rate it -100 if that exists. Avoid it no matter what. No ventilation .. 0 healthy and safety. No hygienic conditions. And not customer friendly. You will definitely puke out/ throw up.... More

    there were cockroaches in my bed. no window. a thousend mosquitos and an air condition that was too loud to keep it going all night. but people are nice. good neighbourhood, there is a park within walking distance, doesn't feel like the 5th biggest city in the world... and a great chai shop on the corner. buses are running all the time. to andheri etc... More

    God knows why we picked this hotel when there are so many other near the airport. It's filthy, damp, claustrophobic (no windows) and with a leaking bathroom. Although they claim on the internet that they accept credit cards, in reality you need to pay with cash. Breakfast included in the price? Forget about it. We asked to have our breakfast at 7:15am. At 7:30 all we saw were employees sleeping on the floor and couch by the reception desk - we tried to wake one of them up, but he mumbled something and went back to sleep. The best thing is that 5 star service was worth 1400rp! Don't make the same mistake as me and go somewhere else.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
