    Changed the first room as the toilet door lock got stuck , luckily didn't get locked in , changed the second room (spend at night) as it was too noisy-road facing and hot, with a strange window above eye level . The third room at the rear though not noisy, had a badly ventilated toilet !! Wifi signal was not good in the room , but excellent in the lobby of each floor. Toilet was clean, but foul smells from other toilets seaped in. Breakfast was good, lunch and dinner ok. Staff professional. Car park in a semi cellar, ( key to be left with watchman) as it was a little cramped, but clean and well lit. Bar in cellar , but was not a disturbance.... More

    VERY POOR SERVICE avoid it

    Stayed 22nd to 24 th . As it was close to SBOA school that was the only reason we have selected this hotel. Ambience is good decorations also good neat and clean rooms . Wifi also good ( u have to ask them) Location also good . The problem statrs with service. Staffs lack basic knowledge or they are not properly tuned or just like that attitute. For Simplle things i have to call five times. like we r three in room but there is only one coffee cup and one sachet of coffee powder. call them once . no response for half an hour .again call. few people come palce somthing and go . when we boil water and put milk powder u realise no sppon to stirr up,what a hell . again call to reception .few min later call form kitchen asking doubt about the type of spoon requirement.,alas by the time u drink a coffee 5 calls one hour over. next same issue one towel for three. again calll. ok then u just lie down to see some programe inh TV . my goodness TV is not working . again call . again some excuse. room boy came just he pressed some button.and laughted at us showing two channels and went off. really confused . ok then i started scrolling mouse it was only two chaneels that too malyam was there all others were blank. again call them . then slowly they say cable fault.within half an hour channels haeve comeback .so they recharge the TV dish only after the guest ask for it.my booking was done a week back by paying full amount . what a pity service. by the time struggled with towel coffe and TV worries lunch time had come. dont keep tissues on the table . see peopel gets up and get from other table the handle broken coffee flask difficult to pour coffeee even if u ask waiter to pour replies rudley to pour by ourselves,Restaurant people are also same attitute of the whole hotel lunch menu options are just few and unreasonable quantiyty and price. breakfast was ok better to avoid lunc and dinner here. Next comes front desk peoples lethargic attitute. we asked the front desk people to arrange for room cleaning as from 5 am check in to evening 4 pm nobody cleaned it,it seems if u dont ask they maynot do room cleaning .we waited till 6 pm with 4 or 5 calls to front desk , what a service? finally a hindi person came i asked him what is the problem he said that he came and knocked the room as there was no response he went off it seems(thinking that we are out), what a joke i already told in the reception that we are insdie the room ,so blame game goes on and they didnot even know that purpose of calling bell. while vacating also there was big problem, As ours were already prepaid and as we were in huury to go after finishing the kundrathur trip while entering the hotel i told the recption people that i am vactating and keep bills ready at 12 noon ,went up i didnot get any roomboys to the room again i called reception, by the time reached my taxi in 10 min .recption fellowafter seeing me only started searching the comp and making me to stand and finally he came to know that i have already paid . what a speedy service....     We really want to appreciate each and every staff of Saaral residency. Exceptional thanks to Mr. Sayed for best support during the floods and when my mom and i came back from the hospital MMM. Laxmi at the front desk went an extra mile to make sure we were comfortable at all times. The chef took very good care as we requested tasty but non spicy meals. Breakfast was adequate, variety and service have room to get better though. Housekeeping cleaning can get better too. For us Saaral was home away from home. Thank you and keep it up.... More

    They have good space for car parking, rooms are well decorated, clean,provided fridge,locker,drinking water heater, shower room bathroom is good, free space and nice atmosphere in front of rooms,WiFi also good..when to complimentary breakfast,you can't expect good in this section....taste not good ,,not a buffet ,,they served each by each item separately.... More

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
