Hotel stall had shortage of towel as I get one a day later, u will need to ask everything u need even for sheets. Location is near by kalashetra area, Elliot's beach.... More

    Poorly maintained!

    One night stay on 9/1/2018. Two non-ac rooms, Rs. 950 per room (makemytrip). This hotel is situated in the main road side near the Jayanthi signal, thiruvanmiyur and is very easy to find. When we reached at the hotel (around 2pm), nobody was there in the reception. After 5 minutes of wait, a hotel staff came and he gave us two rooms, one in the first floor and another in the second. When asked for two adjacent rooms, he said those were the only non-ac rooms available at that time. Then he took us to the first floor room, but it was already occupied! All of us waited in the second floor room for around 10 minutes, then he came back and gave us the adjacent room (an ac room without ac remote controller). The rooms were looking new and neat on the first look and we didn't examine it thoroughly at that time. Later at night, we found that the toilet was not properly cleaned and the bed sheets had many stains in it. In one of the rooms, loud noise was coming from the fan and water was not coming properly from the bathroom tap. When complained, the receptionist said that water would come in 10 minutes. We took bath using shower and slept, but in the morning also, that tap had the same issue. Complained again, staff came to the room, checked the tap, told us that there was some block somewhere and offered us another room. We didn't shift as we were planning to check out around 11 am and shifting to another room would be tedious. TV was working fine. RO water was available. Wifi was available, but we didn't use it. Towels and basic toiletries were not provided. No elevator, only stairs. Final verdict: Good location, new rooms, but poorly maintained. My overall rating: 2.5/5... More

    Wouldn't recommend for tourists

    It wasn't really within reach of the tourist hotspots. The room itself was nice, although the sheets and pillow looked a bit grubby. I recommend that you take some earplugs too as the noise from the road is very loud! (Indian drivers beep constantly). The TV was good and had great channels. The staff don't speak English very well so brush up on key phrases in the local language! Although they were helpful and very friendly :) The wi-fi was disappointing. It kept cutting out for lengthy periods and the signal was very weak, which made it very difficult for us to book train tickets, flights etc for our onward journeys. Would recommend this for a quick stop over between flights, but not for a long stay in Chennai. Tourists are better off checking out places either city centre or near the beach.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
