    this is property with good location.thats all and has got run down to a a place where cheap bulk rooms are available with averageroon maintenance and poor food quality.you might see a rat too doing cross country in the restaurant. room sizes are good.has been made well but corner cutting is visible everywhere.from the upkeep of the rooms to the food....     Pleasant surprise to see a friendly and professional staff in such a small set up. All management right from Franchise Owner Rohit ji and other Managers Sanjay Sharma and even restaurant staff including Dhirendra were helpful and accommodating. Well stocked rooms clean bed/bath and all basic amenities provided. Food very tasty ( a bit overpriced) and personal service. Cannot expect more from a decent priced hotel in West Delhi.     I visited there with one of my foreign colleague. We first get very poor service at reveption. Then it took 30min for us to check in though we booked it through online portal. They first offered one room. It took 16 attempt to open the door. Then we asked to Give other room. Then Their expression shows that they were not believing in customer service. Especially when someone is looking for stay after a long working day and tired after travelling. Fortunately We got the other room. However there was no hot water in the bathroom , no kettle, no hanger in wardrobe, smelly room. Then they send the plumber guys to fix the problem. It took 30 min to fix it. Bathroom was also dirty. The swimming pool that they showed in the pictures are photoshoped. And mainly full of dirty water where pigeons make it dirty . Most of the time it is used for roof top party. And they keep it till late night and it is disturbing as you can't get peacefull environment due to loud noise. There's alot to write. But it was a worst experience ... More

    I won't stay there again. Beds, towels not comfortable. Not clean smelling. I spose to stay 2 nights but I have to move to another hotel. Only think I give credit to is the kitchen. Nothing convince me stay again or recomend to anyone.... More

    Decent hotel at a decent price

    Have been to this hotel for stay. It offers decent space in rooms as well as all the necessary amenities which is expected of them. Room service was also good. The location is not that good as it isn’t located near any tourist place, metro station or airport/railway station. We were here for a wedding and the place also has a party hall were the Ceremony took place. So we had a decent stay.... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
