    The nearest land mark of this hotel can be said as Deen dayal upadhyay Hospital, Hari nagar. The rooms in this hotel are good and spacious. But in our rooms there were mosquitoes and the cooling in the room was not sufficient. Bed is comfortable. Toilet was clean, we did not get hot water for bathing at 6 Am. Had dinner and breakfast in this restaurant. For dinner ordered rice and corn masala, Corn masala was good. The breakfast buffet spread was just Ok. Had Idly,vada,chicken rolls,omelette,cold milk & tea. Every thing i ate was just Ok nothing great to speak about. Omelette was too much oily. They start to serve dosas only by 8 Am( We went for breakfast at 6:40 Am) Just an average place to stay.... More

    We stayed here for 2 nights on our Trip A Deal holiday Really nice place room and amenities are fine Breakfast selection is not the greatest for westerners but adequate The restaurant has a great selection and very reasonably priced. Food is good But l must warn you that over the road is a park and at 4am on Saturday morning VERY LOUD chanting starts and continues for quiet a while Would recommend this hotel... More

    Just an average Hotel, not much of anything close by. Walking park across the road. Reception area is pleasant, along with Restaurant. Our Twin room was set up well, but the bathroom could have been cleaner and a couple less cockroaches to stomp on. The Towel rack is so high, my friend couldn’t reach it. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a variety of western and mostly Indian, The Dinner menu was extremely limited and white wine had one bottle which we drank on first night still not replaced a week later. Our room was booked by a Tour company. Reception Staff were not helpful at all. No Hairdryer, no charging plug. Restaurant staff 5/10. I wouldn’t recommend a stay here. 2.1/2 stars... More

    Disappointing... has potential though

    This motel was booked via a travel company as part of an Nepal, India, Sri Lanka tour. Upon our arrival, I had such high hopes for this motel. The foyer was clean and sparkly, with lots of comfortable chairs and table lamps. The restaurant looked nice and was well set out. Our room was a reasonable size and looked clean and tidy. Unfortunately the shower stall and sink area needed a major upgrade as there was quite a bit of mould. The wifi didn’t work in the room and the 2 lifts were super slow. When we went down for breakfast on the first morning, there was not enough seating. I later found out that there was an additional eating area that could have been opened by staff to accomodate all the guests. My daughter was keen to try out the roof top pool. We soon discovered that the pool looked murky and the entire roof top area seemed very unloved / needing attention. It was such a shame as the area showed so much potential! We initially stayed here 2 nights, then returned three nights later for an extra night. I was hopeful that the issues faced on the first two nights were one offs... unfortunately the mould in the bathroom of our new room was worse than our first room. It is a shame, as this motel has great potential.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
