    I have booked this hotel under OYO rooms. I stayed in RTS hotel for 3 nights and paid for 4 nights as we need to cancel the booking for 4th night. The reason for the cancellation was the hotel services were worst. The linens were dirty, it was actually smelling very bad. The bed sheets were not clean and they didn't even changed it for 3 days. The overall hotel was also dirty. Toilets were dirty. There were no options for breakfast. They just had aalo paratha, bread omelet and bread jam that's it.The quality of food was very bad. Hotel staff was not at all cooperative. The way they were treating us was very bad. In spite of these things the hotel was actually over expensive. I paid Rs. 2300/night which was a big amount if I compare the services they provided in this amount. People prefer OYO rooms because of their good services, but this hotel was terrible. Also I am not getting any response after complaining to OYO regarding this hotel. Till now OYO is famous good hotel but it seems now a days they are not maintaining their room standards.... More

    If I knew how I would report this hotel for showing photos on their website that show new rooms while the rooms themselves are well past rehab time. Anyone used to modern standards should not stay in this dirty and broken down wreck. I only stayed because an Indian friend booked me in late in the evening for an early departure to the airport....     very average hotel basic facility is not there they even don't provide hot water. very dirty rooms bedsheet and pillow covers are dirty we booked through makemytrip.com but they took almost 30 minute to find out our booking. i will not recomand this hotel.... More

    Average hotel at very good location

    I booked this hotel in hurry as I had to spend one night near airport. I reached hotel at 11.40PM. At first glance every thing looked like fine but I started noticing some issues and problem. Interior of room has been built nicely but no maintained in the same spirit. My observation says this hotel is being run by few people who are not qualified in hotel management. Positive side 1. Location of hotel is very good. Near airport and along Delhi Jaipur highway Negative Side 1. Room was handed over without any preparation even with old bed sheet and pillow covers. One have to request for change. 2. Room was dirty and not cleaned properly. Hairs and dirt was observed specially in corners. 3. Hangers in wardrobe are just for namesake. 4. I noticed some black material (air conditioning insulation) got sprayed in room. 5. Towel provided is not standard size towel. Only one towel was available for two persons. 6. Hand towel near wash basin was / is not provided. 7. Only medimix soaps & one sachet of shampoo are provided in the name of toiletries. 8. Food items are priced like any thing. Means three plates of chicken tandoori may be equal to room charges.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
