    This hotel lies in some god forsaken corner of janakpuri and it took almost an hour to reach. They give no respect to the customer and tell sir no girls allowed so what if she is your fiancee.     Booked a room in this hotel through Oye rooms. Got an unpleasant surprise during check in. Manager of the hotel said that the rooms are unavailable. Spoke to Oye rooms and upon their request to Manager the things finally got sorted out. From the conversation it seemed the blunder was from Oye rooms. The location is almost on the outskirts of Delhi and hence commuting is a challenge and an expensive affair if you want to travel towards proper city. The hotel is located in a bit conjusted and a residential area No lift in the hotel. No food is served. Also there are no hotels nearby where you get good food The only advantage is the rooms are excellent and well maintained. I forgot my Gold ring in this hotel and remembered about it only late night the day I checked out. I immediately called up the hotel. The hotel manager was kind enough to let me now that they have found the ring and I can have it collected the next day. I went there the next day and got the ring collected. Hat's off to the Manger of the hotel.   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
