    1. Do NOT stay here. 2. 1 1/2 hour wait to start as our month prior booking for 6 nights had been forgotten (admitted to by manager). We had asked and confirmed with oyo an early check-in which was obviously now not happening after the train journey. 3. We were forced to produce unnecessary ID - Indian citizens insisted they produce passport and ardhaar card original (we only had a digital scan they accepted after fuss). 4. Our booking on Agoda was: 6 nights, double bed, early check-in (5-6am because of train arrival time) and non-smoking. By the end of the stay, all were ignored bar 6 nights, but in 3 different rooms. We had received confirmation that our requests were to be accepted from oyo after booking a month in advance. 5. We were shown a dirty room with two single beds (208) and told no double beds available. "There may be one at 11am" we were told at 7am. 6. We had to leave at 11:30 and no room was ready yet, so they said they could move our bags while we were out. 7. We return at 7pm and nothing has been done, but a room is now ready, so we move (407). This is a much better room and clearly a higher class. We ask at the desk if this is the correct room, we are assured it is, and we are upgraded because of the hotels mismanagement of our booking. 8. We are called at 11pm from reception (after arriving at 5am that morning) and asked to move as it's the wrong room. I told them we'd speak in the morning as my wife and I were asleep. 9. We speak in the morning and are assured again that no, this is the right room, we can stay and that's ok. 10. We get a call the next night - 2 in a row - at both 22:30 and 23:00. I go downstairs thoroughly disgruntled and let the manager know about it. He says we will need to move in the morning but we'll talk more then. 11. We come back in the morning and he confirms they didn't prepare our booking. He says his staff don't know the difference between room qualities. Someone else needs that room and so we must move again, more than 50 hours after arriving. 12. We move to a smaller room but at least it has a double bed (309) and spend the remaining 4 nights there. This one smelled of ash and cigarettes, the extractor fan was fitted backwards (blows dirty air in) but we were too afraid of being moved again to say anything. We felt bullied, abused and mistreated by this hotel and its staff, especially the poor excuse for a manager. Do not stay here!!!... More

Hotel Check-in Time is 24 hours, Check-out Time is 12 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
