No WiFi and terrible customer service

I had to leave the hotel every single time I had to work. Oyo promises WiFi but I never got usable wifi. Even worse, their customs service was horrible. It took 2 days for a representative to contact me, 2 more to admit that they couldn't solve the issue and then after more than a week they offered a coupon worth 2 percent of my booking price - they had the nerve to assume that I'll be back at another oyo property after that abysmal customer service experience

I thank my stars to have guided me to hotel royal mirage. Its the best possible hotel in candolim zone. The hotel is located at a sweet spot in candolim. With a radius of 1 km you will find everything one wants(clean beaches, superb goan restaurants,superstores,local market, eateries like dominos, pizzahut, baskin and every possible thing). The food preparation is excellent in the hotel s restaurant. Rooms are neat and clean and quite spacious including bathroom. Jacuzzi is awesome. The manager Sudhir is a magical man, the word NO is just not there in his dictionary. Anything asked for and he manages it in just no time. Mpre over the hotel team is very flexible and takes care of almost any requirement of the guests making them feel like home stay. Well done Sudhir . You and your team were a great host. Looking forward to visit you soon.

Hotel is verry good. Good staff proper clean hotel . Room owsome look. Cleaning .food is original spices taste . Proper timeing service . Waiter rajkumar is a good boy nice bheaver. Manager sudhir verry entligent .my life is first hotel

I have been there with my friends & itsreally worst exprience for all of us. We booked this hotel online before a month with some disount. After reaching there story began. We were so relaxed as we had already booked our rooms but after getting there we come to know rooms are not available. We had 3 room booking , they was offering us all three rooms on different buildings plus only one of them was of class we booked. Rest 2 was of no class. We fought with manager , evry time he used ask to see different room which was worst than before. Height is when we called customer care of "Travel guru" , from where we booked this online , that girl was also pathetic. Instead of helping us she asked us to stay whatever we has offered by manager. This was worst worts experience. The rooms were dirty, no service for cleaning , no service for water/electricity. No one was there to whom we can ask for room service. Surprisingly there were no intercom also. It was really really pathetic. I will say not to book such unknown places. Morning breakfast used be bread - butter & water melon. Really bad experience.

i have been to this place with my friends i have a habbit of going goa every few months this hotel is hell there room service is worse and the washrooms are too dirty . even the servant quarter is good then this hotel
