    HOTEL WITH DISHONEST STAFF AND WORST MANAGMENT I have been in this hotel a month back, I liked the services and Rooms so booked again. This time by Mistake I left my 2 bags full of Imported Cookies and biscuits worth 3000/-. I remember it after 3-4 hours of my check out from hotel. I called to Hotel and asked, they denied that they found any cookies in room while cleaning. They asked me to call by 8 p.m as the cleaning staff will be there to inquire. I called and found that the cleaning boys have eaten my 4-5 packets of cookies and rest they had with them. I asked to share the pics of remaining packets on whats app and they did. This is so pathetic that Hotel Management do not inform to the customer if they find any belongings, and the worst part is they used it without hesitation and accepting it as they didn't did anything wrong..! Hence I had my very busy schedule but still I came back all the way from Bangalore to Chennai to collect the remaining and also the difference amount of the cookies which hotel staff ate and threw. they straight away denied to pay me the difference amount. I even went Chintandripet Police station and police was ready to help me. but it can be solved next morning and I had to move Bangalore again by 11.p.m and it was already 10.00 p.m. I wish I could stay there and screw this entire Hotel staff and Management as Police even promised me to get reimburse my travel expense due to this from Banglore to chennai. This is not about the money I went, It's all about the dishonesty of hotel staff, What if they will find any valuable..?? They will never ever utter.... I recommend not to go in this hotel. I have proof and evidences, I will even write this review on other websites where this hotel is listed with. I will make sure this hotel should get out of online business.     Worst stay in my life

    To make it short: DON'T EVER GO THERE. Miscommunication is common in India, but these guys take pride in it. I arrived at midnight and they wanted to charge more then what the booking promised, a complicated calcullation had to convince me of their right to do so. There was one couple before me, with them it also took 45 min before they checked in. Then they wanted me to pay the double as a warranty, and I would get the money back in the morning (at 7am, yeah right) The office manager was also very unpolite, the other guy spoke only enough English to ennoy you. The room was tiny, had no windows and a loud fan. The bed must have had bugs, since I was scratching my back all night and the mosquitos were the cherry on the pie. Almost forgot: the first liter of water that came out in the bath room, was deep brown! Needless to say, I didn't sleep 1 minute. I went 3 months to India twice, and have never experienced a hotel that tries so hard to be the worst in what they do.... More

    The best place to explore Chennai (Its in the heart of the city)

    The staff were very helpful, they spoke in Hindi as well as English. Morning the place is bustling with people but once U enter the hotel its very silent.....The bed was awesome, and the toilet very spacious and very clean.....although the rooms were quiet small but the other amenities like satilite tv, wifi kept,.....Worth the money... More

    Room was clean nd comfortable.. the attendants speak good hindi wch I'd grt.. manager mohan is very helpful... the location is exactly in middle of radio market so if u a electronics fan perfect place for u... do stay in d room away from d street as it does get pretty noisy... they don't hve laundry so carry spares.. there r lotta hotels nearby.. auto stand is at walking distance... if u coming for ur US Visa work good place for u as it's not far from d OFC place as well d consulate... ... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
