    After having an average experience in March I went there again in this October and had one of the worst experience I ever had. To avoid hassle in humid Delhi I directly went there. Told them I was here in March and came again without looking another hotel with a good hope. They charged 100Rs extra then previous stay for the worst room (I later realized). First told giving room at 1st floor but after realizing I am foreigner (did not understood first hearing my fluent Hindi) they offered room at 3rd floor. Clearly told within a minute that room in 1st floor no longer available. Anyways I agreed and when I entered that room found it worst one. Took me two other rooms just to show me there are some other’s bag. I was forced to stay as I already paid. Which are not expressed in picture blanket with lipstick, hot water line of other toilet was in my toilet and huge noise. Please see attached images and judge yourself. I am never again going there.... More

    Nice location, honest, cheap but small & dirty

    Stayed here only for a night. Room was very small. Door locks were broken. Wall & bed sheet was dirty. TV was not working. Location is noce & rate is cheap. Manager is honest & helpful as I left my luggage for around 8 hours in reception & was everything fine. Sorry but can't recommend it.... More

    After two weeks traveling India we checked in at Ringo Guesthouse 903, as this has been recommended by our travel guide. THE FACTS - room was very very small - sheets seemed not to be washed - in general the room was very very dirty - cockroaches have been found all over the room - the bathroom was very dirty and mouldy!!! Although we paid for A/C room the A/C was working only 50% of the time! That issue has been discussed with the hotel manager but they totally refused! They said this is not their problem and we do not get any refund. Can't recommended that place at all! ... More

    When I told manager about this and wanted part of the money back he said that accidents happen and he won't give me back anything. In my opinion the hotel is responsible of their equipment and they should refund any damage caused by invalid installation of AC. It was only a book, but imagine if that was a notebook or camera...... More

    Dirty, abnormally small bedrooms. Mattresses and mattress covers looked used. No lavatory. I wouldn't recommend it. Wifi works at night only. There are many budget places in the same area which cost slightly more and are/look better than Ringo Guest House.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
