    If you are traveling with your family to a tropical destination like goa, I would definitely not recommend this horrendous place. Here are the cons.... 1. The swimming pool is extremely tiny and dirty. I wouldn’t dare enter the pool. 2. The villas are pathetic and are very run down. Honestly, I would rather stay in a tent!! 3. The apartment rooms are not pathetic but are livable. The locker, lift and the WiFi does not work. 4. Most of the staff at the restaurant had bad attitude and were rude. 5. The extra bed was like rock and I would rather sleep in a cave! 6. If you are staying here, be prepared to go gadget free because there is no data or signal at this place and the WiFi doesn’t work. 7. This place looks a thousand times better in the pictures than it is so don’t go by them. 8. The included breakfast is dog food. Pros.... 1. The bed, pillows, shower and Ac were good 2.     Nice property with close access most of the beaches in north Goa. Clean rooms with excellent support staff and amazingly good food and service. The only downside is the poor mobile coverage there as also their wifi connectivity which is up and down. Giles as a property manager was always available to resolve all queries. Would recommend this property for large families or get togethers.... More

    Poor stay - booked this property through Airbnb. We were cheated!

    We were a group of 5 people and we booked a garden facing villa at this property through Airbnb for 3 nights. The host Vivek Kumar advertised the property as having a pool, a microwave in the kitchen in every villa, dryer facilities, WiFi, televisions and clean rooms. At the time of booking, I even enquired as to how much a pool facing villa would cost and he said it would cost me INR 2,000 more than the nightly rate I was paying and I was paying INR 7,422 per night. Once we arrived at the property, we found the pool under maintenance, there was no microwave in the villa, no dryer, the televisions did not work and neither did the WiFi. On contacting the host Vivek regarding these issues, he became confrontational and refused to help saying he can't do anything. On further enquiry, I found out that Vivek simply markets this property on the Airbnb platform. At the time of booking he failed to mention that the pool was under maintenance and the property lacked many of the other amenities that were listed on the Airbnb platform. In fact he tried to upsell me on a pool facing villa though the pool was under maintenance. This property is by no means luxurious. It is acceptable at best and shoddy at worst. Furthermore, the kitchen staff refused to heat food that we had purchased from outside the property claiming that outside food was not permitted on the premises. We explained to them that we had booked this property through Airbnb and that our villa lacked a microwave as advertised but they were apathetic to our needs. This was completely unexpected and we finally had a cold dinner. In short, my friends and I felt cheated since the host Vivek marketed this property with fake information regarding available amenities at the property and then his complete lack of service, of even trying to make our stay comfortable at the resort was unacceptable. Furthermore, after reading my review about the property on Airbnb, Vivek Kumar went ahead and gave a response painting me as a terrible guest. Therefore, I thought to review the property here on TripAdvisor to caution my fellow travellers to give this property a wide berth or at least know what you’re getting for your buck. Kindly look at the attached images showing the dilapidated state of this property. To those of you who may question my integrity, feel free to look up my profile on TripAdvisor and take a look at the over 100 contributions I have made in reviews and photographs from the destinations I have visited.     Excellent Holidays

    We were a group of 30 people in 5 villas for one full week - We had a great time thanks to Giles the General Manager and his agile staff and also enjoyed staying in the well maintained luxury villas which had a perfect big size hall where we all 30 people could accommodate while having breakfast dinner and playing games -On our request for rental cars , we were provided with new cars at a reasonable price and on our request even some special dishes were prepared and really the food served was upto the mark and it always seemed as if we are at our own homely type villa with the very cooperative staff who were always helpful and doing their best . This family villas which could accommodate 6 people comfortably and 8 if needed and I strongly recommend this place for everyone who are looking for a comfortable and affordable holidays in luxury style - ...   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
