    When Yatra & the hotel they booked us with goofed up, Rias guest house came to our rescue in midst of hot & humid weather in Chennai! Had been there previously also and I took the comfort of calling the property directly and explain our situation.The owner/coordinator of this property understood our situation when I was stranded with 2 senior citizens, and offered a room in their guest house. As always, the rooms were neat & tidy. Service was exceptional. Owners & manager were very kind & helpful. Simple home made food was out of this world for 3 hungry people! Biometric center is just 5 mins and consulate is 15-20 mins by walk from this guest house. Highly recommended!... More

    Decent Serviced apartment at a convenient distance to the US consulate and biometrics

    This serviced apartment is an ideal choice if one has to go to bio metrics and consulate interview to Chennai on 2 consecutive days, as both of these are located at a walkabout distance from this accommodation. Also, it is very closer to the Chennai Airport, which makes it easy if one has to reach/return by flight. Breakfast served was hot and fresh in the common dining area.The room was kept neat and air-conditioned, although the WiFi was very slow and was merely useless. The owner uncle was kind and came to help us when the bathroom door got locked from inside. They provided plate meals for lunch and dinner upon request (slightly over-priced). Food tasted good and it was served hot and fresh as said before. Due to humid weather of Chennai, we requested for lime water couple of times and they were served without being charged :-) The owner and people in-charge of the kitchen were really good. There were choices of other good restaurants too around this accommodation. All in all, I would recommend this place if you are going for the same purpose as I did (US consulate interview), as you don't need to pay for the cab or auto-rickshaw to reach the destination....     I would recommend to book this property from OYO Rooms as it is part of that also. The rooms are great and it is basically a service apartment. This guest house comes under premium category in OYO Rooms so its quite good. The place is very close by to both US Consulate plus there biometric center.... More

    So they charge you almost 2000 bucks for a single person. WiFi does not work. Tata Sky connection is non existent & constantly on buffering mode. Breakfast is completely North Indian. All n All its over priced & does not offer proportionate value in return. It reminds me more of a pg accommodation with Hotel pricing.... More

    This well maintained accommodation in Nungambakkam area, there are quite a few restaurants next to this guest house. Moti Mahal is one of them right next door to this place. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I reached this place late night, and tough time finding this place inside the apartment building as there are no directions or board mentioning the name anywhere in premises. The food served is quite delicious. I didnt ask for a company car and that proved to be a stupid idea, the autorickshaws are rip off.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
