    Good hotel

    I visited here with my family and stayed for 4 days. Lot of greenery and good pool but pool doesn’t have any wash area attached . We stayed in standard wooden cottage. Room size was little bit Small. I didn’t try food as food was not good. It is near by Baga beach around 10 minutes walk. U can take bike on rent just outside of hotel. If u have small child u can leave them outside of room because both side water canal created.... More

    Just fulfils the basics.

    The hotel has received a lot of flak in reviews, but for a budget property it does meet and fulfils the basics, so should not be confused with what it tries to project as a mid luxury resort. Quite capable of earning 4 stars but... The good parts - location is decent for Baga, walkable to the main beach and market area in 15min. Plenty of restaurants nearby (including the Fat Fish), it even has a general store & a wine shop near the main entrance. Plenty of parking for own vehicles. The cottages look worn down from the outside but were quiet, clean and pretty good on the inside. Thankfully every bit inside worked for us - Fridge, TV, kettle, shower, plenty of storage and beds were fine. Lights are a bit dim in the room and could be made brighter. The pool was surprisingly clean but the restaurant was a tight place lacking any ambience. The breakfast was pretty basic - could do the trick for some but not something one should look forward to. So at a price without many expectations, it's a good option. The parts that are very disappointing is the general lack of maintenance of the property grounds and attempt to fix small broken bits everywhere one looked. Broken lights, loose bathroom fittings, floating junk in the lakes, uneven pathways, badly kept garden and flower beds, a touch of fresh paint at the right places. Then what came across to me as a lack of better understanding of the hospitality industry, the resort charged for in room water bottles and tea/coffee kits! The cumulative value of these would not be more than Rs 100-150 per day (Rs 20 per bottleX2 and tea/coffee kit @ 20X3). If they added this to the room tariff and made the in-room amenities complimentary, it would carry a lot more positive feeling knowing the psyche of the average tourist. There is a lot of scope for improvements to make this a resort to reckon with in north Goa and it is a shame that such a potential is being frittered away.... More

    The Worst hotel of Goa and the worst staff of a hotel in India

    The hotel staff specially the manager , they are so rude and harsh to the guest and the manager is proud of his attitude. In the middle of the hotel they have water logging and when we complained that due to this there are lot if insects then they say that you guys are fool this is running water so insects can't be there. The lighting in the rooms are less, the food is spicy so that your order again something else, they dont give you pakka bills. We have to ask for pakka bills.The manager has kept our personal documents - Aadhar card and have requested them thrice to send us,but now they are saying WE ARE NOT SENDING IT DO WHATEVER YOU WANT. Please dont stay in this reosrt ever, the staff, food,amenities are so bad , it will screw your holiday.... More

    Don’t consider this resort ever, staff doesn’t come from a hospitality background neither they have the mindset, resort is full of insects and mosquitoes due to dirty and still water body, hence don’t ever go there with family, staff is so bad that they don’t even return your documents and billing is not proper, to save taxes they will give raw bills....     Clean,well maintained sprawling property hardly a km from Baga Beach. It has its own canals and a small lake for boating.Jungle themed place. Good place and courteous staff. The only glitch was that there was no complimentary tea/coffee maker and water. They charged for drinking water. Rest ,was good. Its good to enjoy a jungle like environment. Insects/mosquitoes could be a nuisance since its located near the canal and in midst of the trees.... More

Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 11 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
