     this hotel on 21 dec 2017. one of the worse hotel I in goa.what ever listed on hotel side facility they provide nothing.waste of money .Horrible service. room with 19 th century mirror which was totally rusty on front side can't even see trough it all with blackish layer.tv not at all working.i complaint about more than 10 times but up to chek out no response evey time receptionist say sorry mam.room phone they will not pickup at all phon rings at reception they keep aside as I was complaing about facility they provided.big dustbin was there outside our room which was smelling badly.no bathtub in bathroom toilet was unclean with stains and shi........ Total weast of money.swimming pool is there but you can not enter inside without swimming cosum .You have to spend money and take cloth from them otherwise they charge fine of ru 500. Complementary breakfast was horrible.maida paratha which was bitter in test due to bad quality material maida and subJi .Don't book ... More

    The place is full of rats. Your bags will be eaten even during day time when you are out. Pls. I had to call local police for changing my room. Do NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. pls book other nearby hotels but not this one.... More

    Good except for their horrible staff

    The resort is located centrally between Baga & Calangute. You would need to shell out 300 bucks to visit either of the beaches if you don't opt for scooty. The resort is quite spacious with plenty of rooms & the rooms are spacious too. They have a very nice pool, good food for breakfast. The lobby is enchanting too. The roooms could do with a bit more cleaning. There is no room service option. However, terrible terrible staff. The receptionist had difficulty understanding English & she also misplaced my PAN card. I insisted that they had not returned it to me (after the check in formalities) and they did not even bother to check. The front manager called when we were on the way back home that he had found the PAN Card & would courier it to me. I kept following up but no response. Finally he said the courier was returned. I had earlier given my office address. I gave him my home address later on & he said he is going to be in that area in couple of days. My mom waited an hour for him at the place he had suggested but there was no sign of him. His phone is switched off since then. If they can't take care of such a small thing, I don't know if they are fit to take care of their customers. Never recommending this resort to anyone.... More

Overview

This 2 Star, North Goa hotel is located near the world-famous beaches of Calangute and Anjuna. One can laze in the spacious swimming pool, or check into any of the 140 well-appointed rooms. The Blue Lagoon Spa offers more opportunities for relaxation. The hotel facilities include a conference hall with a capacity to accommodate 100 people, and an in-house multi-cuisine restaurant that serves Indian, Continental and Chinese cuisine. The pool-side bar is well-stocked with an array of liquors and wines.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
