    highly recommended resort in Goa

    Just returned from 2 week stay in Resort Lagoa; room was about 20 foot from pool that was cleaned continuously throughout the day. The gardens were maintained to a very high standard by friendly and industrious staff. The room was cleaned every day with fresh bedding, towels and complimentary water, tea and coffee. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful: Reception, Security, Coutesy shuttle bus drivers, housekeeping, waitors etc. etc. Food was very good- all cooked fresh with a wide selection of meals on offer. I have strong allergic reactions to mozzies so was given 2 electric repellants and a bat; staff also advised me to see a doctor and pharmacist! The manager came to see me to make sure that everything was being done for me as far as they could- and he bought me a bouquet of flowers as he was sorry that I had been bitten at the resort (I was bitten off-site too!!)- he also made an appointment at his dentist for my friend whose filling dropped out during our stay... Couldn't ask for more. I would highly recomment this resort. thank you for a great holiday x... More

    Stayed at this resort for a week. Very nice resort with peaceful atmosphere and very good amenities. Though this place is little inside and remote from the main road, you can rent a 2/4 wheeler right outside the resort and roam around nicely. The nearest beaches are Baga and Anjuna with approx 4 km away. The rooms are clean and spacious and are almost like 1BHK apartment with pool view. The room service is good. The only downside is the food quality which is not up to the level. The 'Tabla' restaurant is nice and has a good ambiance but the food quality is not that good. Better to have outside food since there are so many good restaurants in Candolim area. Overall its a nice place to stay and worth recommending.... More

    Fantastic time at Resort LaGoa Azul

    My family recently stayed at Resort Lagoa Azul visiting from Australia . The whole experience was simply awesome and out of this world. The manager and staff were friendly, very courteous and ever so willing to help out in anyway they could. The rooms were very clean , well maintained and well made up each day . The swimming pool was just great and the food simply delicious at the Tabla Restaurant. We had most of our meals at the restaurant and the staff very friendly. The price for our stay was reasonable and did not blow away our budget. I would most certainly recommend Resort LaGoa Azul to anyone that truly wants to have a great time and enjoy Goa.... More

Overview

Resort Lagoa Azul, situated in Bardez enjoys close proximity to the famous Calangute, Baga and Anjuna beaches-2 Km. After every hour, the hotel provides free shuttle service to the beaches. Free WiFi is available only at the reception and at the Tabla restaurant. This hotel in Goa is 13 km from the local bus stand. Resort Lagoa Azul houses 80 air-conditioned rooms most of them are pool facing and have a balcony. These spacious rooms are outfitted with satellite television, refrigerator with mini-bar, telephone, baby cot (on request) and an attached bathroom with the supply of hot and cold running water. In-room wireless internet access is on chargeable basis.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
