    We booked this hotel through makemytrip a month before and done payment online that time itself. but till we reached there, confusion over money transfer from makemytrip and hotel was there, we were absolutely shocked to see the attitude of both make my trip and relaxin staff. after 2 hours we got our rooms, there was no power for almost 6-8 hours during our stay. only good thing about the hotel is that its close by to the sea. will not recommend anyone to this hotel....     13/11/2013 to 29/11/2013 Quiet location on the beach road. Nice little hotel with rooms set around a garden. TV in all rooms but ours didn’t receive any channels. Room could have done with a mosquito net and somewhere to hang clothes (NB. cupboards added to other rooms at end of our stay). Free but flaky wi-fi.... More

    Surprisingly peaceful location considering it's on the main drag to the beach [100 m], with lovely garden area, meticulously maintained. Wonderfully comfortable 6ft beds [between my daughter and I we tried 5 of the rooms over a month and A/C Room 106 is definitely the winner on that front - like sleeping on a cloud] with clean, soft cotton sheets but, ask for a top sheet too, as the duvets are not laundered between guests! Management/workers/hierarchy seemed to change frequently but the owner is very hands on and available. Had some hilarious language barrier moments/misunderstandings with Anil etc but can't fault their willingness to oblige every request with a smile. Room clean/laundry/bed change on request and completely trustworthy staff. Wi-fi is poor/sporadic at best and doesn't work in the rooms, of which the non a/c are pretty basic/non existent in terms of storage and all could do with some thought towards customer convenience; the lighting is awful for a start. For some strange reason, my room had non-stop piping hot water from the wall tap - sometimes even the cold sink tap, tho' never the shower - but nobody else did! I enjoyed/shared it. However, the prices vary wildly from day to day/customer to customer and your room may well have been previously rented out for tomorrow/the next few days/week. Happened to me 3 times! Overall I was very happy with my choice and would return but will be e-mailing the listening owner re easy/necessary improvements. Thank you for a lovely stay.... More

There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
