    The hotel is just disgusting, dirty sheets, dirty toilet, nothing was clean. They put us in a room full of mold, likely, after one night, I asked and they changed the room. Image the smell of the room. After asking for another room is when you realise that they rather put you in a disgusting room that in a "better one" although they were not going to sell it. The staff was nice but unfortunately you cannot trust them. We had dinner in the hotel, which it was our first night in India. They put us in the bill (written down, not printed) cgst 178 rupees and sgst 156 rupees. This is the taxes that we all should pay but after those days we found out it was only 2,5% each what it should have been 18.98 rupees, plus they put service charge and ask a few times for tips.     This is a scam hotel. We landed in Delhi at midnight, jumped into a taxi. Along the way we were driven down a dodgy looking road and told there was a 'sealing' in the area. Taxi said it wasn't safe but this was as far as he could drive (as not safe)... He said we could get out or he could take us to the tourist office who would find another route. Now 1am and tired we agreed. Tourist office didn't offer WiFi but said they would call the hotel. We also tried but couldn't get through. Surprisingly they did and told us it wasn't safe and would take an an hour to get there. I asked for the number and called myself- they just answered hello, spoke very little English and said not safe. The tourist office then said that they could take us to a safe hotel. By this time is was gone 2am and it's quite intimidating. They took us to this hotel where we were charged 10 000 rupes for a room which was vile, Dirty and old. We confronted the manager about the cost as was less online but we were already trapped. Conveniently there was a taxi outside the next day waiting to take us to another tourist office. DO NOT STAY HERE. Disgusting place taking advantage of people arriving late at night.... More

    We arrived in Delhi at 12am and took a taxi from the airport to our original booked hotel, however our driver then said that the road was closed and there was no way to our hotel, so took us to a local tourism office. They then told us that the road was closed due to a local protest and that it was not safe to go there. They then offered to take us to another hotel (Hotel Relax Inn), which had a room free. We got there and were charged 10,000 rupees (£100+), for a room which was AWFUL. We had stained sheets, brown marks all up the walls and sealing, and a terrible dirty bathroom. On top of all of this the staff were extremely rude. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and hope they get prosecuted for this scam.... More

    Horrible stay ! The hotel is as dirty as it gets , I had to change room at midnight because of the unfunctional aircon ! Unfriendly staff and quite Bad location , I wouldn't recommend that to anyone , seriously thought about changing hôtel during thé night... More

    The rooms have a bad odor. Their hot water system is faulty. They do not accept cards unless the amount is large. We booked the hotel through OYO rooms. It was not good. I do not recommend it at all!!... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
