    Not a great experience really ! Though the rooms are neat and clean, most of the rooms do not have any outside view and the rooms are closed from all three sides which makes one claustrophobic ! Apart from watching TV, there is nothing else that one can do once inside the room...the food (Breakfast & dinner) are also not too great. I would suggest that one should look at other options if possible.... More

    Honest review of Hotel

    We are staying in this hotel for 5 nights so far, it is: 1. Constantly noisy from staff talking across corridor ( we complained about this and it made no difference) to other guests talking loud outside in corridors at 1am. 2. We are from England so are used to using toilet roll, we have to ask for extra everday as the rolls are small an run out easily. 3. Our room has NO WINDOW, which is very unusual and if the bathroom door is shut (which has a tiny window) we cannot tell if it is night or day. 4. If you want anything you have to ask, if we ask where something is even though they claim to offer a mini cooper drop off withij 5km we were only dropped off close by once, they actually make you feel award for asking. 5. The rainfall showerhead is just there, it doesnt work and in fact when you use the main shower it drops big cold drips of water from the rainfall showehead too. The water also leaked outside the shower screen. 6. My pillow was also ripped and if the hotel is a 4 star as it claims to be, i would expect better linen 7. The rooms are very clean, which is a plus point 8. We were charged for some mineral water at breakfast so beware bottled water is not free (they do not tell you this at the time. We did complain to reception and they sorted this out. 9. The lobby area is nice as well as the restaursnt area 10. Location is amazing 11. If you have two room keys for teo people, only one key works at a time, so if you arrive at different times you will have a problem Overall i would say this should be labelled a three star, as it pales in comparison to 4 stars i have stayed at. If you want luxury (and toilet roll) you would be better off at an international hotel. If you want a good location and a 3 star style room and service then this is the place to be. The staff tried their best, but guess what its 2:22am and we have NO toilet roll 😂... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
