    Dirty, broken, no hot water

    Room was filthy with liquid stains left to dry on the floor and walls. Strong smell of urine in the room, small cockroaches and mosquitoes getting in some how. The bathroom had broken chunks of tile and patched concrete work full of mould. No hot water meant wearing your thongs on the grubby floor for a 'bushmans' freshen up. Restaurant had nice food, but the standard of cleanliness in the rooms made me doubt the hygiene of the restaurant.... More

    Sadly this was a last minute change for us on tour in Delhi this hotel has a tasty little restaurant which is trying and looking at other reviews is learning that a clean dinning room is important. I would say 7 out of 10 for the effort. Food was great ! The room is another story wow what a mess the bathroom was bluntly discussing. It needed a clean and repairs. Yes we are westerners but some hot water would be nice and the last guys hair cleaned from the basin would be a set up. Just saying if you can find something else go there. Side line the little bar had some cold beer and a good vibe. ... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
