    Not a good stay at given price point

    I had been to this hotel almost 10 years ago or even earlier and it was a nice property that time. We had a good stay for 2N/3D including food. Not sure if I had written any reviews as I was not a reviewer that time on any sites. We happened to visit same hotel last month as a big group of 4 families and my experience was pathetic. I do not know the type of our rooms but it was in a small 2 story building one right side of the entrance (facing hotel). Actually hotel has a big premises with some landscaping but other than that I feel there is absolutely no maintenance being carried out other that daily house keeping. Rooms are spacious but smelly. Bedsheets and comforters did not had a fresh feel. Towels were horrible. Bathroom stinks with drain water smell. Surprisingly our door bell button was inside the house keeping room. In-short possibly nothing was changed for last 10+ years. Same seems to be the case with dining area. Its furniture is very old and does not give a feeling of cleanliness or hygiene. There is an outside seating area which is usually used in summer for dinner. It has age old plastic chairs which are half broken and remaining can break any time. Overall a huge casualness for a hospitality sector. Food (strictly vegetarian) was Ok but not great. Lunch and dinner was OK but breakfast definitely needs improvement in spread / quality and presentation. I tried giving this feedback to a possibly supervisor kind of person during my stay but seems he was not very keen. So overall a bad stay at a not very budget price point. Will not stay again unless they renovate entire hotel. Not sure and not seen but based on review Cabana rooms looks little better. But we couldn’t upgrade as they were full.... More

    Regal hotel is one of it's kinds. From outside it looks as if everything is ok but once you are inside reality spills itself out. Highly not recommended hotel in Mahabaleshwar:- 1) Harmful insects on bed which will lead to nothing less than a hospitalization. 2) Food quality was poor, food is sweet, please do booking without food whenever you wish to visit. 3) Person at reception named Sachin is extremely rude and doesn't have mannerism. 4) Overall staff service is not upto the mark, there are much better restaurants in Mahabaleshwar. 5) Morning bath is with muddy water, who wishes to take bath in it? Please don't prefer this hotel, as they charge you poor and provide you nothing.... More

    I Visited with My Family on 21st, 22nd 7 23rd April 2018 at this property.Its a very Eco Nature friendly property. Mr.Amol is a very cooperative guy who guided us in all means and gave us a good package deal. The food, swimming pool and the garden areas was clean. Parking space is plenty for four wheeleres. Just room cleaniness should be developed to give a fresh feeling.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
