    I stayed in this hotel on 23rd december 2018. I wanted to check in early hence paid 600 rs extra for the same. Room tarrif was 1850. But over there they charged 2000 saying 150 we will refund you while your check out. Promised complimentary breakfast whereas when ordered idli and omelette from their breakfast options. I was asked to pay for the idli i ordered. I checked out at 3pm so they charged 1000 rs extra from me. The remaining 150 which i paid during check in was never returned. Totally denied. When i asked the lady at the reception for her name saying that i would like to write a negative review regarding your hotel and you. She told her name is Sangeeta and i should know that i am talking to the owner of this property. I paid for staying at your property. Rude staffs. Dirty small rooms. Worst stay experience... More

    Booked this hotel thought oyo app my partner fighter over the receptionist for one hour because he was keep on saying foreigner and Indian couple are not allowed. This doesn't look good when you travel 12 hours and all you want is the room keys and take some rest . After a few calls they let us stay and a few arguing.     Initially we were shown very tiny rooms but then were happily given a three bedded bvig clean room. The view outside was of road side. The breakfast was just one item brought from some nearby restaurant and tea from a nearby restaurant. No freshly made tea or coffee. only machine made.... More

    I stayed their with my Fiance. I think they were renovated the rooms. Services whivch they were offered is good. But Room Service should be improved. I booked through a travel agency & they cahrged something 2500rupees.... More

The Hotel Rana Residency is situated just about 4 kilometers from the International Airport. Juhu Beach, Bandra Kurla Commercial Complex are not too far from the hotel. The beautiful Powai Vihar Lake is located just 2 kilometers from the hotel. The hotel has a total of 22 air-conditioned rooms spread across 3 floors.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
