    Not that great... dodgy manager

    Arrived and found out that our room has been sold to another ( we booked with booking.com) we were told that we could have an upgrade to another room only if we cancelled the booking with booking.com and paid cash.... hummm Finally agreed to cancel cause they would not change the new GsT however the upgrade was very very poor. The room was on the lower floor behind the reception. The staff outside were very loud and had to tell them to shut up around 1130pm. We moved to the room we had booked the next day which was the same layout as the one we had downstairs. Both rooms were old and shabby, pillows looked and felt like they were 100 years old. Breakfast took 45 mins to come, so the next day we pre booked the night before for 07:30 and then still they didn’t have it ready until 08:00. Apart from the dodgy managers few staff members including herra are nice. If you do stay use uber or get the train it’s a lot cheaper. Their transfer taxi fares are over priced. The quality of the breakfast was good also so it’s only this and herra that makes it 2 star. ... More

    Just an average hotel with a great location. Close to the airport express station and Rajiv Chowk station which takes you to most places in Delhi quite easily. Ground floor rooms are a no no, too much noise, room 201 (room was called Cheer) has a balcony and is a nice room but a really bad shower. Breakfast is freshly cooked to order and was tasty but freshly cooked here also means super slow service, waited 45 minutes for breakfast, which was ok as I was not in a rush, but the next day had to set out early so asked the night before to have the breakfast ready at a set time but the next day it was still a bit slow because the manager/owner/boss was barking orders while lying in the bed in room 101 at Heera (the guy who served us and was great) and insisted to have his breakfast first. That was poor service. Tip-if you have an early start request breakfast at a set time night before. Heera was great, but hotel is badly managed. ... More

    Recommended!! Central,calm and clean

    We were 4 friends staying several days at the rams Inn. Receptionist were very nice, although their English wasn't very good, always try to help us. Room were clean and big. The plus is the small garden they have and the quiet area, incredible thinking that we were in the middle of crazy Delhi. Breakfast was good too. Recommended!!... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
