    The most elegant B&B we have ever stayed in !

    Location is excellent, a quiet street but short walk from the centro. It is a converted elegant apartment suite. The rooms are large, modern, well-equipped and comfortable. The bathrooms are, too. Host Massimo is meticulous with every detail. He is a Veronese, born and bred so knows well the history of this most elegant city.     Not so good for a longer stay

    We stayed for 5 days from August 15th and this accommodation did not suite us. I have waited awhile before rating as I wanted to give an honest review and not a spur of the moment as I may have then missed out the positives. The positives are great location for seeing Verona. Extremely clean and comfortable bed and the owners take pride in the appearance and ambience. We had the larger of the three rooms which you would describe as a family room with a large sofa included, large bathroom and dressing room. The air con was not sufficient for the size of this room and although worked independent from the room card it would be turned off when the room was made up each morning and with temperatures outside of very high 30's when we arrived back and had to turn it back on we both found our accommodation extremely uncomfortable and could not get the air con to deliver really cool air. There was no facilities for making tea or coffee in the room and not even a bottle of water. I have never experienced this before and we travel all over the world. Breakfast for us was boring and limited for the duration of our 5 day stay. For an overnight or two day stay you may well write a different review. I am not a picky person but simply expect my basic comforts to be met. Yes extremely knowledgeable owner but again after travelling for a long time and arriving hot all we wanted was to get to our room but had to be polite whilst the city and attractions were explained to us which I would have been far more interested in once I had been able to freshen up. We had to leave early around 8am on the morning of our departure and were told we could get a cup of tea or coffee before leaving that would be no problem we had declined any food when making this arrangement but there was no one about to do this for us and the facilities do not lend to allowing you do this within the small breakfast area.     we stayed at this b&b the 19th june,for 2 nights location is ideal , very central, but away from main tourist area so( no noise) room was exceptional a great deal of thought had obviously gone into the decor of this accommodation,massimo showed us another room(more a suite)absolutely fantastic good selection for breakfast with home made bread. we were greeted by Massimo,who has a great deal of knowledge regarding Verona which he was plainly very proud of (,fantastic historian ) advised us on things to see and do wonderful host very highly recommended by us,and we will be back...     Lovely hosts, good location, breakfast let down

    Room was large with AC (which gave off a bright blue light but oh well, better than no AC in 38C) Very clean Lovely hosts Good location Breakfast was a meagre affair, would have liked white plain yoghurt, fruit salad and some nice cereals.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
