    I did not like location I am glad I was travelling alone otherwise walking in those street at night with a female or family would have been awkward apart from location one thing you must bear in mind is that the staff is very unprofessional, we agreed on a discounted price for 2 days stay however while checking out they they forced me to pay actual amount without discount, so I asked him to put me through to guy who offered me these rates who got offended because I called him at midnight and they took extra money. I had flight to catch so I leave at 4:00 so they staff was upset that I paying them now at this hour and I was told I should have paid in morning - Like really! otherwise rooms were spacious, blanket could have been clean, bathroom has no toilet paper, soap etc. Wifi was free and worked for me. Hot water was there, mattress was comfortable. They do not allow even your same sex friends to go to room even in afternoon hours.... More

    The Raj Mahal Inn is a great option if you are planning to stay in the colorful area of Pajarganj. It's clean, located near Main Bazar Rd but conveniently away from that (very) noise street and the owner it's an extremelly helpful and friendly person.... More

    Its cheap and worth. It is located in the most congested lane. It will take a while before you can get there. There are lot of foreigners in the hotel. Indians are usually given ground floor rooms. WiFi is steady ones logged in, however if you step out and come back then there is few hiccups. There is separate login for Mobile and laptops. They are prompt with service just need to dial 9. Even for hot water you need to call them and in next 10 mins the taps will have hot water.... More

    I am going to be 100 percent honest with this review. PLEASE READ. It's is a very well located place with very basic and comfortable rooms. Television was not working and the bed sheets were not fresh on arrival. The biggest problem was the bathroom, it was constantly wet and gave off a almost unbearable stench of dampness though out the room. There are no windows for airflow or natural light. After day two we were finding it really un enjoyable. (Last week of a 6 week backpacker experience) Unfortunately we made the mistake of booking for 5 nights. We looked around and you can get much nicer places for 600-800 per night. Some of the staff are really strange and the kitchen is incredibly loud, they start what ever it is they are doing at 630am and they literally yell, sing, make animal noises. (Absolute bunch of kids) The late night shift worker behind the desk was very nice and polite. They changed our sheets after asking and even cleaned the room a bit. So not all bad.     What management tells you is all gossip.They do not have restaurant but promise you best food. They overcharged. Even though it was not AC season they charged for AC.You have to beg for hot water and television will not work and staff go on saying I am sending some one to fix. Bath rooms have layers of dirt and porched remain filled with all garbage and crockery.... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
