    This is a Complain about the below booking. The booking was for 2 and Half day in 3 BHK Apartment. However we were made to shift to 2 BHK for the Half Day on Jan 12th. We paid Half Day price of 3250/- for 3 BHK so we should get a 3 BHK only. When we told it to PRAVEEN, he started shouting on us and asked to Call the Owner - Ekta. I do not had the number of Ekta that time so requested him to provide 3 BHK for the remaining Half Day, he stood up and used abusive words. When my wife also talked with him, he was Shouting and yelling at all of us, we had ladies, infants and senior citizens. Is this the Service and Behavior they do with the customers ??     The staff really unprofessional and rude.. the condition of the room were okay and the swimming pool had broken tiles. The staff was calling us from 9.30 in morning while our check out was at 12.     its a great property situated quite close to beach and a minutes walk to the calangute market. most amenities are avaliable among with fully functional kitchen. It has a nice pool and a very quiet surroundings. the security staff was very helpful and gave us perfect directions whenever we wanted to go. the staff behaviour is good. i had stayed for 3 nights with my family. it was the homely stay....     We had booked 3BHK Budget Villa with Clarks Serviced apartment in the month of August. We were 10 people. It was huge villa in the middle of swimming pool. We had a splendid experience. My both the daughters loved to play at swimming pool. Kitchen is also there for cooking food. Basically a complete villa for enjoyment with family. Thanks team and all the best... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
