    We stayed here on the second leg of an 18 night trip split between North and South Goa, staying here for 12 nights. After a disappointing stay in a 'luxury' boutique hotel in the south we were in need of a little lift, particularly in the customer service department. I am pleased to say that this place delivered by the bucket load. On arrival we were greeted with drinks and snacks, we knew we were too early for our room and really only intended to drop the bags off and come back. Every effort was made to accommodate us and we were offered our room a little ahead of check in time. We were 'collarded' by management immediately, presented with a card and told if we had any requirements, any issues, to call this gentleman and he would arrange things promptly. I was never let down. I understand that some rooms had been refurbished, this was not one but was more than satisfactory, very clean, spacious and with all 'mod-cons'. Better than others I have seen elsewhere in the north. Food and drinks were a very fair price and the options on the menu were varied enough to cater for most peoples taste. The location of this place is superb, it is about 50 yards off the main tourist road, and it feels quiet and secluded. Within a few minutes walk are a wide selection of places to eat, drink and shop. The staff are absolutely top draw, nothing is too much trouble, everything is dealt with quickly and efficiently, staff are always coming across reasonably cheerful, but not over familiar. Big mention to Debendra in the main dining area, we seemed to see him all the time at breakfast and around in the evenings, he works tirelessly and was a pleasure to meet. I actually suspect all the staff are the same, but we dealt with him. Housekeeping was first class, towels changed, re-stocking done and sheets changed daily. We booked through Agoda and felt the B&B options was reasonable for the hotel, it is very easy to find cheap accommodation in Goa, but with price drops, who knows what you get. I would stay her again, 100%, In fact I will stay here again when I next visit. If you are looking for a decent spec hotel in a great location and want to be treated as a valued guest, I could not think of anywhere else I would rather be in Goa. Thank you all.... More

    Hotel are near Main street where are all shops, cafeterias and restaurants. Walking On the beach take about 7min. Only minus are price. Very expensive rooms and not included breakfast. Also promised free coffee / tea on lobby not worked. All coffee pay.... More

Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 03 PM, Check-out Time is 11 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
