    Arrived on 20.12.17,checked out on 23.12.17,was there with my 3.5 year old son & wife. 1.Check-in was smooth. Was put up in villa 422. 2.Nice clean, tidy and spacious rooms. Same goes true with the restrooms. 3.Dinner at 'Upper Deck' was good, we had a buffet. The waiters were happy to be there for you, just in case something is required. 4.The Beach is about 500 meters from the resort. Private entry to the beach. You can walk/ run or a buggy can drop you as well. 5.Good spread for breakfast. Chefs, waiters and support staff, were always there to help. Saturday service was busy as compared to weekday, but was handled extremely well. Kudos to staff. 6.Pools were extremely well maintained,the kids pool was fun to be in with my little one. 7.The only glitch was mosquitoes in rooms. However the maintenance staff was prompt to provide a solution. No more hassles pertaining to mosquitoes, post that event. 8.The place was done up very well, aligned with festivities. Great ginger bread houses and big Christmas tree to welcome you. The highlight was the staff, made our stay memorable. Would be back for sure. Merry Christmas to all.... More

    My Goa trip 3 time

    Goa is always a good place to go from Delhi, where you are always landlocked for rest of the year. Definitely I choose June to welcome Monsoon and for my anniversary! I have been to Goa many times before but my Goa was mostly limited to north. My perception was thats the boundary of Goa! When I travelled to south goa this time, I got to know how big is Goa, the travel to hotel from the airport itself took 1.5 hrs. The cab charges I felt slightly high if you compare with Delhi, When I reached the hotel in evening I was not super impressed but it looked decent. What I hated was one or more marriage parties at the hotel that made the place little noisy for other travelers! Services was late, swimming pool looked like one you see in zoo with hippopotamus’s all over. After the marriage party left after few days, it looked better. The location of the hotel is awesome, you have beach without nightlife though but good with family. You can walk down to the beach. To commute from this hotel to other side of Goa is nightmare. It’s far and hiring self driven car near to this hotel is difficult. You will get taxi with high price. Food at the hotel is great (I am non vegetarian), there is some thing called Mike’s place that has good food and great cocktails. If you can walk down further, you should definitely try fisherman’s cove, you will not forget the test ever. The main drawback of the hotel is a missing kids play zone! I personally felt nature wise south Goa is more beautiful but north is happening. Don’t miss to see the old fort, church. The beaches were empty as it was not the season but we enjoyed the rain as it came. If your trip does not clash with a marriage season, you will able to enjoy the pool, which is awesome! This hotel is just opposite to Hathi mahal (who names a property as Hathi mahal in Goa?). Not a place to see but can be used as landmark! There is a market just on the opposite side of the road, you can get kings there. What else you need you have, sand, sea, and sun!... More

    After a hectic 2 weeks doing the Golden Triangle my wife, sister and I had a weeks relaxation at the Radisson Blu before returning home. The staff could not do enough to assist our stay and all were extremely polite and friendly. The food was awesome and when asked for something not on the menu this was quickly catered for (my wife and I had spent 3 weeks in Goa 3 years ago and had some incredible food then so knew what wetted our appetite). Veronus (one of the chefs) catered for our every need - he was brilliant. The only thing that we thought could have been improved was a bit of refurbishment work on the apartments otherwise a lovely stay with lots of smiley faces.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
