She went a way beyond in assisting my colleagues & in helping with making reservations in nearest eating joints, sightseeing places, water sports and in numerous ways.     Excellent hotel but with a big BUT

    There are many reviews highlighting the excellent facilities, staff and food at this hotel which i totally endorse but for us this was a little overshadowed by the relentless number of Indian wedding and corporate events at this and the adjoining hotel. The events themselves were a wonderful spectacle to watch but not to the extent there impacted on our own holiday enjoyment. We stayed at the above hotel for a total of 2 weeks from 20th Jan 2019 during which there were at least 3 weddings and 1 large corporate (Masimo batteries) event during our stay. The weddings lasted 2/3 days with various events on each day, usually consisting of a wedding reception where guests were welcomed with extremely loud drums heard throughout the hotel, a celebration evening with live music lights and banquet and then the wedding ceremony itself. At one event we heard there were near 700 guests in our and the sister Novatel hotel. These events took over the hotel at times the swimming pool was totally inaccessible by any other guests. The grounds were totally taken over by building work creating the wonderful wedding venues. We and many other tourist guests certainly felt very much the second class guests. Some hotels advise there may be wedding events but I don't think they give any idea how overbearing these events will be but I do not believe the Radisson gives any such warning or certainly its not highlighted in any way. That alone was not the main issue for us it was the loud noise throughout the night as they assemble or dismantle the staging and this carried on until 4 or 5am in the morning. Our room (530) backed onto the event area and we had 4 disturbed nights. I complained at the time and even went with management to the workers requesting they stop working but despite assurances there would be no more noise this did not last long. We were eventually moved to a room further away but by then there were no further weddings. I complained to management who assured me this would be taken up with senior management before we left and report. When I went back at the end of the holiday it was quite clear nothing had been said or more particularly done to prevent future noise disturbance. They gave no assurances no work would be carried out at night in the future. It's a shame really as otherwise the hotel was fine, good staff and food and close to plenty of amenities. Regards... More

    Loved everything about this hotel - location, facilities, staff, restaurant. Spectacular entrance/reception area set the tone on our arrival. Special mention for Veronus who looked after us in the restaurant at breakfast, chatting to us and offering to make special dishes. Excellent choice of buffet. Waiters were attentive and professional. We enjoyed the walk through the grounds to the beautiful beach. A great 10 day holiday. Would definitely return. ... More

    Almost home away from home.

    We checked in on 28th. I was very skeptical staying with Radisson as a brand. My last experience with Radisson blu delhi, wasn’t at all pleasing. I had lost trust in the brand for a bit. This Radisson Blu Resort, Goa, just changed my perception. This is what in true sense a hotel is supposed to function. Now I am a member with starwood and have always rated starwood hotels beyond anything, also member with Choice, and they are very comfortable too. I do have membership with Radisson, but never went back again to a Radisson after my first experience at other location. Okay coming back to this location. We were received on airport by the hotel representative, they took our luggage , put it in the car for us, very welcoming and warm. Almost 1 hour drive from airport to the hotel. We were welcomed by the front office staff very warmly and traditionally. My wife and Sanjana from front office became immediate friends. I think because they were genuinely concerned about our 9 month old baby, who was a little sick when we reached. All the ladies were very warm and hospitable at the front desk. Stella helped us to our room and explained everything. The breakfast timing, the pool timings, everything was informed to us by the front desk ladies and Stella. All tick marks for what you want during a check in process. Staff well trained and the check list complete. The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great. We pretty much ate all our meals at upper deck only for the three days we stayed at this property. My special thanks to Sanjay from upper deck and all the service boys and all the chefs and the hostesses at upper deck restaurant, you guys were so accommodating to us, hand folded thanks to you guys for never saying no to our requests and thats what you expect from a quality hotel and well trained staff. We did not like the in room dining menu, so on two occasions we asked them if they would send us our choice of meal to our room, and they did. Since our baby was sick and recovering from her sickness, it was hard to go to restaurant to eat. Mr Sanjay and all the other staff at upper deck realized it and sent our food to room. On one occasion i had my food leftover from dinner and I asked them if they could re heat my food, and they made my leftovers look like fresh food. Thank you so much. For me i always believe, that a man works hard to fill up his and his family stomach, and if the meal is delightful and served with love, its the most blessed thing a man can expect. Just one suggestion, if you can mention the quantity. You guys literally over fed us lol, each time it was more quantity than expected. Some people won’t say anything about it, but me and my wife we both hate waisting even a tiny bit of food. My wife has special mention for chefs of upper deck, she says whoever cooks the sea food at this restaurant, cooks it to the perfection. Each time she ate fish or any other sea food item, it was cooked to perfection. I don’t remember the name of that fish dish that i am posting with this review, but my wife says that dish was the ultimate and she will always remember it. We asked them for milk for baby at 8pm and some jam toast, they asked us if we would want something special made for the kid, all we needed was ask. It just makes me fall on my knees for this level of hospitality. I have stayed in so many hotels now and have always missed this level of hospitality. I thank you all for being so courteous and generous to accommodate us. I left a little token of appreciation for house keeping for making that elephant (pic attached with this review) my baby got so happy and destroyed it in seconds she saw it. You guys did a real good job on dealing with our messy room. Thank you so much for putting extra complimentary water bottles for us on all the occasions you did our room. Me and my wife took spa in the hotel, my wife got her eyebrows done , thanks to the spa and saloon team. You guys were amazing. I am sorry if i have missed anything and anyone else. There are so many departments working to make a hotel function and I am glad to say, there was proper coordination from security to bell boys to front desk to kitchen to house keeping to cleaning to every department that is there in the hotel. Very well trained staff and I thank every person who was involved in making our stay this amazing. Just one suggestion in the end, Wifi needs to better even if you can charge for high speed internet, but you need a better wifi. Thats one thing that you can improve upon. Stay awesome.     Beautiful Resort

    The hotel itself is very beautiful & clean. The rooms were clean & comfortable, we had a little balcony to sit on to watch the sunset. We were there during New Years & the hotel put on a wonderful gala for New Year's Eve in the theme of The Great Gatsby. There was more food options than I knew what to do with but the pasta/pizza station was AMAZING. The staff was courteous & helpful with all requests. The pool looked very nice - we didn't manage to swim in it on our short stay. The resort is very close to the beach, about a 10 minute walk. Along the street outside the hotel are little shops selling clothing, jewelry, home decor, etc. Down a little further is a larger shop that looks like a little mall almost. The wifi in the hotel isn't the greatest & you hardly get any service in your room but we weren't there to sit on our phones so it wasn't a huge deal. Would recommend to anyone going in the area & would stay again if we travel there again.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
