    Do not pay any ADVANCE to Radisson blu, Goa.. You are sure to lose it..

    Please avoid making any advance booking and payment to radisson blu, goa. They reschedule the booking without your permission and intimation and when inquired about the same, there is no proper response. Under the pretext of lockdown they are avoiding to refund the advance and raising the credit note for future date at higher cost just to make their money good. On raising voice against this, they are totally mum and are not replying for months. Hence be secure and do not screw your money and holidays by booking with radisson blu. Our booking fell in the countrywide lockdown period when the resort was not operational and still they are denying the refund which is very unethical and unprofessional. Totally shameful and unprofessional practices followed by Radisson Blu Goa team.... More

    Lovely Stay at Radisson!!

    Stayed at Radisson, South Goa for 01 night during last week of August. It was an unforgettable experience as everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. I feel, it’s one of the best and excellent property for hassle free stay in entire South Goa with excellent, luxurious and spacious Villas with pristine and secluded beaches and shacks, special pick and drop service within hotel via tuk-tuk and beauty of entire landscape, makes this property more alluring. As a lady guests, they ensured our safety and gave us room with Room upgrade. Everyone from entering till departure gave special attention on the requests & made us feel more special. I would like to extend my special thanks to Preeti (FO) to accept our late checkout request & her bunch of amazing, talented and cheerful team members including Housekeeping & FnB members, who made each and everything possible to make our stay memorable from every aspect. I genuinely feel, their Hospitality brings a BIG Smile on the face of each & every guest. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and happy with my choice of stay with “Radisson, South Goa” as it gave us a well-deserved detox from City Life. Its highly recommend property to all those who are planning for a break from City life and want to forget all worries and enjoy every bits and pieces.     I returned to the U.K. some weeks ago having spent 3 glorious weeks at the Radisson Blu Resort in Cavelossim,which proved to be a delight from start to finish. There is a very relaxing ambience throughout the property, combined with great attention to detail which shines through in the high standards achieved in every department. Every member of the team goes out of their way to ensure your stay is enjoyable and restful.I must particularly mention Adil, Front Office Manager, and Sanjana, Guest Relations Manager for their attention and kindness.Your entire team is a credit to you, and it is easy to see why the property receives so many commendations.     I had a fantastic time at the property. The staff treated me and made me feel like family. I enjoyed the beach, accessible from the hotel. I want to thank especially Sanjana, Chanda and Sunita for the hospitality and special care during my stay. I was particularly impressed how the hotel management team celebrated Women International Day with all ladies participating while the men stayed on duty (see white shirts only picture attached).... Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 02 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 02 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
