    RAT .. yep a rat was in our room. I went to hang up my dress in our closet and heard a noise above me and looked up through the slots in the top shelf to find a big rat above me. I ran out of the bedroom screaming in my underwear and was obviously quite terrified. The response from hotel personnel was "to set more traps in our bedroom". Excuse me? More traps? We demanded to be transferred to a new room, as they planned on us staying in the rat room. Upon checkout, Radisson Blu did not even offer to compensate ANYTHING! Most would agree that removing the charges of the night's stay with the rat would be the least they could offer?! The manager on duty would not even come out of his/her office to discuss compensation with us. Poor customer service, no conflict resolution skills, and a dirty hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
