Vert nice and wellcoming hôtel. Good breakfast. Easy access to metro if your are welling to use. Nice rooms and staff. Bathrooms are little bit sall. We had a very nice advices and help from m. Ishwar Kumar to plan our stay.
Freezing rooms, malfunctioning locks neglected guests.

There is something peculiar in the way hotels in India manage heating in rooms in winter. The winter in North India may be short but it gets pretty cold especially at night. I recently had a difficult experience in Hotel Radisson Blu at Dwarka, New Delhi. I arrived late night and it was freezing in the room temperature at 19 degrees. I tried modifying the temp using the thermostat but utterly failed. I contacted the housekeeping and was assured that the problem would be fixed but to no avail. I shivered through the night. The next day I complained again and the guy came and fiddled with the thermostat. But there was no response and they arranged for a heater which afforded much needed relief.
All leading hotels have a keycard system.This is certainly convenient but as with all advanced systems there are pitfalls. Twice I had difficulty entering my room because although the light flashed green the door refused to open initially and opened after several attempts.Similar was the experience of a colleague staying in the hotel.
Apparently the management of the hotel has scant respect for guests staying in the hotel.My room package included dinner which was at the Spring restaurant. On Christmas eve the restaurant was booked for a party without any information to the resident guests.When I arrived at the restaurant for dinner I was accosted by a lady who was wearing a Santa cap but displayed nothing of the yuletide spirit. Instead I was interrogated in classic Gestapo manner about my bonafides and then peremptorily informed about the change in venue for my dinner. Her colleague took pity on me and escorted me to the new venue which was such an obscure dark hall that even he had difficulty in locating. As I sat down to eat I immediately noticed that the menu for dinner was greatly truncated compared to what we had at the Spring restaurant. I had a bad feeling about the future of this hotel as which other hotel will treat its bread-and-butter resident guests in such cavalier fashion

I really enjoyed the stay in Delhi.Excellent hotel of this class...newer property and kept extremely clean. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast area is spacious and one of the best in a Delhi I have experienced. Fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, oranges, apples, and bananas) in addition to all the other hot and cold items.Dinner at Spring was good.I tested Non Veg and Indian Dish together ,Both were equally good.

Ticks most of the boxes. Conveniently located. Nice rooms clean and well done. Good service. Food is very good. Breakfast buffet was superb. Convenience of a mall right below the hotel. Very well decorated

Had a successful event at your hotel .Thank you Rajnesh ,vijay and Alam for thier warm hospitality and the ambience was great.Will definitely recommend this place for others and look forward to have more events.
