1. Switch board/Plug point broken in the hotel room. I was too tired to complain 2. I made a dinner reservation for a guest at Oasis restaurant. No F&B discount was offered. When I mentioned I am a club Carlson member. I was asked to produce the card as proof. I told them I remember the membership number, you can check in your systems. They refused. Terrible experience. 3. We pre-booked the hotel transport for Airport drop on check-out. No cab was arranged at the check-out time and we kept waiting at the lobby. Finally I lost my cool and escalated the matter post half an hour of waiting. Then the staff arranged the cab. My manager almost missed his international flight due to this. I suggest booking an Uber rather than relying on the hotel travel desk.... More

Travelling with my brother on a months vacation in India. Stayed at Radisson Blu for 2 nights. Hotel is very good but poor location. One problem someone had drunk a beer in the mini bar and refilled and tried to resell the bottle. Fortunately for me it was water as I drank some before realising!! No I’ll effect and hotel very apologetic. Suggested that room staff check bottle seals when preparing for new guests.... More

One of the best hotel in chennai,especially for Japanese. Because food is very good, they serve Japanese food for breakfast and also staff is nice. Room is excellent and clean. but sometimes noisy caused by Bar. I recommend to stay on higher floors.... More

It was a good experience. It is clean and well kept. The gym is also good. Being In the heart of the city was a very big advantage. It is worth the price it offers. The breakfast spread was also good, especially the filter coffee. Would surely stay again. The staff was warm and courteous. The internet was fast and had no issues of connectivity.
