    My experience checking in at this hotel was so horrible that I had no other choice but to escalate directly to the Vice President of Operations for South Asia - Radisson. How else do you deal with a situation where the front office demands payment for the room even though your corporate travel agent has already given them the payment many hours before!! You would obviously feel that either you have been scammed or something is horribly wrong with the staff of the hotel. Their front office staff had the bloody temerity to keep claiming for forty minutes on the phone with my corporate travel agent that no payment has been made and they would not allow any checkin! Finally, my travel agent had to wake up the person at night 12:00 am, who had shared the credit card auth form for payment and that lady forwarded the email with the form and it clearly showed that all the details had been provided to the hotel at 3.00 pm on the date of check in and I was checking in at 11.45 pm that night after a long flight. What really made things worse is that their front office did not even bother to thoroughly check their email and find the payment details but kept on arguing that payment is not done and made my travel agent beg them!! Seems that they picked up their front office staff from some rotten third grade Oyo and Fab hotel properties and put them here to save money on salaries! And, this is what they did to me - a Radisson Preferred member. Imagine what they would do to a normal guest?... More

    I am enjoying my stay since day 1. Kind staff and I feel comfortable to interact with them. House keeping very good and the room is comfortable. Now im on business trip but I plan on coming again for holiday. Please do ask to have Mr Pankaj Pal from house keeping department. He is very patient with the guest.... More

    Fails to deliver for a 5 star hotel

    As one drives up to the hotel, it emerges as a jewel in the smoggy desert. The hotel size is imposing and as you walk through the reception the beautiful glass elevators and central oasis with greenery and fountain make an awesome sight. This is unfortunately where the glitter ends. I traveled in a group of 8 people in 4 rooms. I actually stayed in this hotel twice in a week for a total of 5 days. I checked out to go to Rishikesh and checked back in thereafter. Firstly none of the plugs worked . I could not use the kettle, charge our cell phones or use my hair straightener. Secondly, the hairdryer did not work in two rooms. Reception took a long time to answer the phone. No laundry bags were avail le in the room and none were replaced for the next day. The hotel buffet restaurant is for dinner is overpriced. At 1600 rupees per person, the selection is limited and the taste was average. On check out day, I checked under the some of the furniture to see if my toddler left any toys behind. I instead found the previous hotel residents used 'pharmaceutical' products. This was disgusting, that it had been laying there on that occasion for more than 3 days! My biggest irritation came later that morning. We had checked out of our room and handed in our key (only one key card per room!) before going to breakfast. Thereafter my toddler needed to use the toilet. We no longer had access to our room so we went to the toilet facility across from the restaurant. We were told that it was closed for half an hour at 8:30am to be cleaned. This is ridiculous for a busy breakfast service time. We were told that the only other option was to use the toilets on the second floor that serviced the gym and banquet area. The toilet was in darkness with no electricity! After having to search for service attendants to turn in the electricity, we discovered the atrocious waterlogged, uncleaned state from the last night's wedding. This hotel appears to be more of a wedding venue with its glittery facade rather than a functional 5 star hotel for overnight guests. It is also important to note that this hotel is in the outskirts of Delhi in Sector 13. Whilst it is opposite the metro is a significant distance away from tourist spots. There is a tiny mall at the hotel on the ground floor which has some selection. This hotel has a lot of potential. It is very busy and has lost that personal touch and attention to detail. The structure is beautiful, but management needs a tighter reign and there needs to be more staff or better trained staff. ... More

    Comfortable room, plentiful bottled water provided, proximity to good (albeit pricy) restaurants. Well equipped fitness center. On days where pollution was particularly bad we were able to stay inside and shop in the indoor mall. Great staff experience i.e. with Pankaj Pal.... More

  1. The standard check-in time is 03 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
