    A good place to stay at 5k per nite . All amneties there . But s vegetarian only place .so if u want a non veg breakfast spread avoid this place .the bathroom didn't have hot water and toiletries are all fixed and average quality ( not that i expected more )... More

    “Just another OYO” – Below Par, to be avoided.

    The Hotel claims itself to be in 3 to 4 star category, however it nothing but just a guest house. Though the management may have spent some money on few recent upgradations, but it lacks a good amount of features to reach that level. Below are few points from our stay: 1. The hotel is seriously under staffed: Only one housekeeping person for 41 rooms. The towels were not placed and bed sheets were not changed when we were given the rooms. House keeping says that he doesn’t have time to change sheets as he has to clean 41 rooms. In restaurant also there are only two waiters against a minimum of 50 guests at breakfast. Staff is polite but lacks proper training and doesn’t have any uniform. 2. Lacks basic amenities: Hotel says that they are out of stock for dental kits, shaving kits, slippers etc. We even had to request thrice for toilet rolls. Hot water is not provided 24 hours. The showers and taps are not cleaned properly and overhead shower doesn’t function. Toilet seat taps are always leaking. 3. Room allotment issues: We were allotted basic comfort rooms even when we paid for higher category Classic rooms. We paid for extra bed, and the hotel was providing us a mattress on the floor.     Modern Hotel - Rude Staff

    Pros: The hotel is modern and clean with hot showers (not always a given at even nice Indian hotels). Cons: The staff is incredibly rude and unresponsive. They only offer one room key, even for large groups. When asking for a second room key the main desk was aggressive about the subject. Our room did not come with clean towels or other standard amenities, and took a considerable time and multiple calls to get. The staff also had a habit of coming into our room unannounced, which was especially awkward when they were trying to deliver things to other rooms and mistaking ours (nudity alert). In general it was an OK stay, but just be prepared that the staff behaves inappropriately to a near comical level.... More

    We have stayed der for 2 nights room are gud not specious.(club room)room service is not up to the mark regarding the hot water not provided for whole day all time we have to inform before using(bad experience ever) Housekeeping is also not proper it shows 4star but not that type of hospitality. only one thing is very gud is restaurants service and staff is very good. Overall average experience to stayed der.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
