    Like many hotels of Goa, this is one of those hotels which do not exactly have the qualities, services or staff as you expect from hotels. For example, you won't get a high rising building, trained and uniformed and courteous staff, buffet breakfast, in fact you won't even get an intercom connection in your room. But what you do get are the basic necessities like clean rooms, well ventilated bathrooms, cheap tariff and most of all, a great location nearby calangute beach (walking distance) where in you can chill and enjoy. All the rest in forgettable and forgivable compared to this I suppose!! Though I would not recommend this hotel to couples for the lack of privacy and not-so-good rooms, I suppose it's perfectly suited to bachelors or people in large groups who just need a place to pass out!!...     The hotel is located in prime area of Calangute near markets restaurents & beaches The room was good (deluxe). There is Fridge, A/C, TV, Wardrobe & hot water available. Staff is helpful & friendly. But main entrance is very bad.... More

    Worst Service Ever

    The Hotel room was good and spacious, however the washroom really bad. During our stay the service guy came and took away the refrigerator from our room so there was no way to have cold water in the room. The table broke when we entered the room on at one. The service guy told he would have it repaired. However before we were leaving the place, he came and repaired. Don't know for whom the service guy was waiting. To our astonishment, the flush tank also broke in the washroom and water spilled entire place. No one could have it repaired though. When I spoke to the owner of the hotel and service guy, they graciously provided a different room but shifting in the middle of night was so difficult. In all, service was really poor. If you intend to go as a family, please don't go. The bikes that were provided on rent through this hotel for traveling is also very expensive as compared to others. So please don't opt for this place if you care hygiene and cleanliness.... More

    Worst hotel to stay

    Worst experience ever. We used to always stay at this same place for the last 3-4 years everytime during our goa visit, but just 3 days back when we went we were surprised by their unprofessional attitude. The owner of the hotel seemed to have changed and both he and the caretaker named DJ are like the cheapest money minded people i have met in my life.we went during the 1st may long weekend and the same room that was available in mmt for 1350 the owner said he is not going to give this room lesser than 2k, even if we book online he would reject it. its long weekend and i am not taking anything less. the rooms were dirty. only the 1st day before u entered they cleaned the room after that they dint even sweep the rooms or clean the bathrooms. same dirty towels everyday. room service was worst. they took so much money saying deluxe room and the fridge never seemed to work, on complaining they took the fridge to mend and ever got it replaced.I would genuinely suggest no one to stay in this hotel. only positive point is the location rest its total waste of money. our whole trip was spoilt due to these people....     It was a decent hotel with all basic amenities and prime location to reach the markets, beach etc in Calangute. Staff were very helpful and friendly - when the A/C stopped working they gave us a new room straight away. It's on a main road so if you are looking for a place to relax this probably isn't it.... Hotel Check-in Time is 10 AM, Check-out Time is 09 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
