    4 Days in Pride Ahmedabad has been very delightful and comfortable. Starting from Morning breakfast to dinner food quality is awesome. It was overwhelming to see huge platter in breakfast including Fafdas and samosas. Room Service is fast and friendly. Home made chicken curry is must try. And here’s time to mention about special person. Always smiling , very active, customer friednly and super charged - Ms. Tejal Bhatiya. She’s been very kind and helpful, always taking care that stay is comfortable and enjoyable. She’s an asset to company and I am sure she have long and rewarding career. Management is lucky to have person like her. In Short, Pride Ahmedabad is the only place for all business trips.... More

    Drive in: lethargic guards and no one to organize cars in driveway so stuck for a while as someone parked his vehicle and busy chatting Check in: probably trainees. Did not know where to look for the reservation. Seemed confused and I'll at ease Room: poor maintenance with extremy poor house keeping. Dirty carpets. Did not inspire confidence in using towels and bed sheets. The passageways were probably just not cleaned. Breakfast: no one to lead you to a table. A general confusion all around. Orders not being followed up. Seemed like being in a food court. Check out: instructions given prior not acted upon. Packed breakfast asked for was not there and then gave the one marked for someone else. Huge box with a sandwich and banana. No water/ drink. Avoid this property ... More

    I had to attend a meeting to discuss the business at Ahmedabad in the middle of January 2019. I had the choice of selecting any one from several available hotels in Ahmedabad. Since I am an explorer, naturally, I haven't chosen any of the hotels I previously stated, and I landed into Pride Plaza. 1. This hotel is located very far from the airport. 2. There is no complimentary pick or drop to/from airport for that reason, and this makes one feel discomfortable. 3. The staff at the reception is not courteous while you approach them for information. 4. Rooms are to small for the tariffs charged. Overall my experience at Pride Plaza wasn't good and I will not stay in there during my future visits to Ahmedabad.... More

    It was a horrible experience.. 1.staffs looks not happy not even smiling and not even wishing 2.in breakfast you will get only Indian food no choice because we already took the CP 3.80% staffs are trainee, you feel like you are in a training place 4. Senior persons are fighting in front of the guests in the restaurants 5. Regular employees are working like robots 6. From Front of the house to F &B and even housekeeping staffs all trainees 7. The trainee came for room service he was stinking badly, I think this hotel wants to save Labour cost so so much trainees around But they don’t realize they are loosing business by customers dissatisfaction 8. I stayed 4 days there but my pillow cover never been changed and my bedsheets only changed one time 9.Bath rooom exhaust was out of order I complained several times no results 10.i will suggest they should look into the grooming of trainees 11. I asked for settlement of my Bill because I had a early flight in the morning , the guy replied it’s dinner break we can do after one hour. and then after one hour I again waited 30 minutes to get my bill 12. Last not the list ,I booked the cab and paid 1000 rupees for the airport but it got delayed 30 minutes because the person didn’t passed the message to his colleague. Luckily we reached on time it’s international flight. 13. I came to know when enquire about the drawback of that one staff told the main leader is not Doing his job properly. It was totally disappointment.. I will suggest the owner should focus on it otherwise He will loose the business. Thank you Hope to see improvement for staying guests... More

Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 01 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. Booking Policies

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
