    While staff were (mostly) pleasant and helpful, the building was showing signs of wear - tarnished mirrors etc. Also not well maintained - light bulbs missing, the toys of lamps and curtains very dusty, and the like. Signs missing. We did not realise the water was complimentary and went out to buy our own. Quite average really, but not uncomfortable. ... More

    Okay in the end.

    We (family group of 6 adults) arrived very late one evening for three nights. Our room was dirty, smelly and it looked as though the sheets on the bed had not been changed from the previous occupants. The other two rooms were okay. We advised the hotel staff in the morning of the issues. When we returned to the hotel in the afternoon, the hotel manager was very apologetic and we were given a different room. This was nice and clean although looking very tired and needing maintenance. The remainder of our stay was comfortable except when my wife went to checkout. She was ignored by the front desk staff as they checked out other guests that arrived at the counter after her until our guide intervened.... More

    The location is central and some of the staff member are nice. Apart from this, I have a hard time to tell anything nice about this place. The washroom was super stinky The drainage system was terrible, all the water was getting accumulated in the floor No laundry bag in the room with minimal toiletries The AC started making strange noises at the middle of the night which did not allow me to sleep. Breakfast spread does not seem very fresh The some of the staff members were not at all welcoming Even though the cost is not much for I will not come here again and might as well go to a better place giving a higher price....     This was my 1st trip in Chennai and i stayed at pride hotel for 2nights, from my Check in to untill check out the front office and F&B staffs had taken care very carefully.I booked a deluxe room through Goibibo for 2 Nights as the room was not available Front Office staff Alok had accommodated me in a Superior room with king bed. As more guests was standing in reception he took 2 minutes at the time of my check in.I really appreciated with his services and also i remember his smiling face. And the F&B service staff Ms. Payel was very prompt and helpful. I really happy with the management. I would like to recommended the hotel to my friends. Thanks... More

This 4Star hotel is located at the prime location of Poonamallee High Road near Sangam Theatre. It consists of 115 rooms, and is maintained with a business centre and meeting rooms namely Pavilion, Senate and a boardroom respectively, which can accommodate 10-175 people. Some fine dining options include Casablanca, a multi-cuisine restaurant, Cafe Treat, the 24 hr coffee shop is ideal place to unwind with a drink.

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
