    Would Never Recommend this place

    Had an overall terrible experience, not sure where exactly to start with. As soon as I checked in they did provide me with the room, however the room was more towards the main road and it was noisy. I should give them the credit for changing the room immediately when I informed them about it. Other than that silver lining the service was absolutely pathetic, from room service to house keeping anything that you can think of. For instance I ordered for breakfast and it was supposed to be provded with Hash browns and the room service guy did not even understand what was there in the menu and after I escalated he sends up grilled potatoes and says those are hash browns!! I was stumped by the level of stupidity shown by the staff there, not sure if they are taking their customer's for granted here Overall a very bad experience and would strongly not recommend anyone to stay here even if no other place in entire chennai is available....     Good property, good food.

    Was in Chennai for a couple of days in August this year with family. We booked 2 rooms with Pride. The hotel is good and decently maintained. The food from room service as well as in the restaurant was good quality and excellent taste. The breakfast speed though has a lot of variety nerd improvement in taste and quality. Strangely though a hotel based know south of India their south Indian food is not at all up to mark. That needs improvement. Will I recommend this place to anyone - Yes definitely. ... More

    Tired but comfortable hotel with great food

    We arrived straight from the airport and, instead of having to wait for official check in time, we were given our rooms early. However, there was no friendly welcome and the girl in the reception seemed very cold and uninterested. - she was exactly the same when we checked out. Not a good first impression. The room was clean and comfortable but very tired - needing a good update. We stayed for 2 nights and had the buffet dinner each night. This was excellent and service was good there too. Cost of buffet was rupees 650 plus tax which is reasonable. Breakfast was also very good. The location isn’t that good if you’re a tourist but it’s easy to get a tuk tuk outside.     Hotel with Good Rooms but average Food

    The hotel rooms are very good and have all the comforts however the food and service is very average. The roof top restaurant was closed due to rains however the restaurant at lobby level served dinner and breakfast. The service in the restaurant was very slow. Tables were not cleared, food was over and not replaced in the buffet. The food was not tasty. Had to wait for 10 mins to get salad. The same was the case in breakfast. Overall good rooms but the lobby level restaurant and service needs to improve drastically.... More

    I recently stayed in this hotel , had a warm welcome by the staffs over there, Harish Front office was helpful for us. Hotel was clean and the food which we had for breakfast was healthy and tasty. Overall a good experience.... More

This 4Star hotel is located at the prime location of Poonamallee High Road near Sangam Theatre. It consists of 115 rooms, and is maintained with a business centre and meeting rooms namely Pavilion, Senate and a boardroom respectively, which can accommodate 10-175 people. Some fine dining options include Casablanca, a multi-cuisine restaurant, Cafe Treat, the 24 hr coffee shop is ideal place to unwind with a drink.

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
