    We stayed at the Pride for a night. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms were terribly small and dirty. Pieces of the wooden racks in the bathroom were coming off and there were areas that seemed like they had not been cleaned in ages. The lobby had tons of mosquitoes and was not somewhere you would sit. The breakfast provided was good but the staff at the restaurant was completely amateur. The reception folks at night that we dealt with were rude and argued with us over the steps to login onto the WiFi. Luckily for us, we were there for just a night and quickly booked another hotel for the rest of our vacation. The hotel looks like it used to be a good place, but due to ignorance, the entire infrastructure is falling through. Would recommend folks to put their money elsewhere.... More

    Location- located in city centre, you get ample of options for restaurants and is very near to marina beach too. Cleanliness- the room was very clean. Staff- the staff was very helpful. Overall its a very good hotel at the given price... More

    A Quiet Oasis

    This lovely hotel is like an oasis, setback from the bustle of the busy road, surrounded by cooling foliage. Our spacious room, whilst a little worn, was spotlessly clean comfortable. The staff are very helpful and respond quickly to problems and queries. We had trouble opening our door and maintenance staff arrived within minutes to look at it. It ended up the entire lock needed to be replaced, so we were moved to another room 15 minutes later. Very impressive. The hotel is not located near any main attractions, so upon the advice of the travel desk, we hired a driver who took us to all the sights we wanted to see. It was a 5 hour excursion and was very well priced. The food is good, especially the freshly made omelettes, plus there’s a pool and pleasant outdoor area to chill out.... More

    The place is well maintained with class-A service especially by Sundar. Food quality is awesome, especially Mutton Rogan Josh with Kulcha. Connectivity is good, Nehru Metro Station is just adjacent to the hotel, Central Railway Station is nearby. Marina beach is nearby. In hotel swimming pool is well maintained. Overall will recommend and stay there for the next time as well.... More

This 4 Star hotel is located at the prime location of Poonamallee High Road near Sangam Theatre. It consists of 113 rooms, and is maintained with a business centre and meeting rooms namely Pavilion, Senate and a boardroom respectively, which can accommodate 10-175 people. Some fine dining options include Casablanca, a multi-cuisine restaurant, Cafe Treat, the 24 hr coffee shop is ideal place to unwind with a drink. This hotel is located 3 km away from Chennai Central railway station, 5 km from Egmore Station and 0.5 km from Nehru Park Metro Station (Airport to Hotel Connecting metro station).


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 02 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
