1. The property is located in the middle of Ooty town. You can access the market, botanical garden, lake and a few attractions easily. Also good restaurants nearby.
2. Room is clean.
3. They have a travels too, so you can arrange your day trips with those people. But make sure you call the travels directly. You can get the number from reception. If you go with the service managers there, they will add ~Rs 500-600 as their commission.
1. No elevator inspite of our room in 3rd floor. So had to take 3 staircases every day
2. No complimentary breakfast, wifi, or even water bottles.
3. Room is very small. The bed is barely sufficient for two people
4. Hot water in bathrooms is available only till 9 am. If you are lucky, you can get some hot water till 9:30-10. This is a huge problem in a cold place like Ooty, where you may want to use the bathroom in the night or want to wake up late

Friendly nature of manager also help us for comfortable to live in Ooty.

It was a last minute plan to ooty and had booked a deluxe room through stayzilla. The booking was confirmed and complete cash was paid . It was wonderful journey over hills but pratham spoiled our mood. Got cheated by the pictures specified in the portal. On entry to hotel after showing the booking confirmation letter they argued saying they have not got any confirmation from stayzilla. The stupidest question ever on online booking one can ask is, the manager of the hotel says to which account u deposit money. How would one booking in stayzilla know it. He says how can you pay cash to stayzilla when u have booked my hotel. Hotels who doesnt know whats online booking is available in online booking. Rooms ara spacious but not neat and clean, bedsheet stinks. Hot water facilities only from 7:30 to 10 in a coldest place like ooty :P.
