    Hôtel has only 8 rooms. Rooms are very spacious for à European hotel. Décor reminds you of the W hotels (at the peak of popularity of Ws). Excellent hygiene and very nice amenities. Converted residential building it has not elevator but in the worst case scenario you have to climb only to stories. There is no room service which is a shame as some of the rooms have nice Belgian terrasses and it could get noisy at night as music from entertainment can be heard in the rooms. Depending on the person in charge of entertainment that night, music could play until after midnight thirty (in my case). Breakfast is nicely served at the lobby level, service is quick and well trained. Restaurant is wonderfully decorated in very sexy photography and a small library that seats 4 to 6 people offers a relaxing waiting space -on the right side of the lobby- to wait while your table is set.     The hotel is positioned on top of a restaurant and for this reason very noisy till 1.30 am. Design rooms not really thought for a traveller, no shower but a bath tub which is not making easy a shower if you are tall. Wi fi is a total disaster not connecting or very very slow. Overpriced for the service considering that night time nobody is attending the reception. ... More

    Odette en ville is a hotel with a great location and atmosphere. Lots of good eateries around (Dam Sum, Bao Bao, Manhattens Burgers, Sushi Shop) and one of Brussels best coffee places just around the corner (Belga and Co.). On top of that the neighbourhood also hosts a classical Belgian Dive bar - Supra Bailly - which has brown walls, a large selection of beers and an eclectic clientele. Odette en ville has a lovely and plush decor, and our room was spacious and had a great feel to it. The drawbacks of the hotel are the following: 1) service is not the best - the door man is hardly ever there to help, so you have to get in through the double doors with your luggage. I arrived on my own and with a kid, so my entry was difficult and clumsy. 2) there is no room service, at all. Do I need to say more? 3) the music in the restaurant is extremely loud. This was not to our taste, and we were looking forward to enjoying a meal in the restaurant (which is rumoured to be excellent), while our kid was sound asleep upstairs.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
