    We stayed here for two days from 18 and 19 Nov , bad was so uncomfortable that we have to wake up whole night and they just kept two bed together which shift two side every time. Just only a one person who helped me there other people don't bother if you have any problem. And when we asked for taxi to visit near by places one for the staff said taxi will take approximately 2500 rupees but when we searched for other options on market we got taxi at 1500 only so it's very wrong to charge so much from customer when they ask for help .so always search before confirming from them.... More

    We stayed here 2 nights, November 2017. The room is basic but very clean and comfy bed which is the main point, no problem with the shower. We were surprised that the car can't get to the hotel after about 10am so you have to get a tuktuk but it was easily sorted. Hotel is in a great location in the old part of Pushkar, lovely narrow lanes, and is very close to the main attractions. The restaurant is great with lovely staff and views over the lake, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner there with fabulous meals every time. The only negative to the hotel is the strange man on reception. We had a few odd conversations with him where he just seemed to ignore what we were asking for. The worst point was when we asked him to organise a driver for us to go to Ranankapur. He quoted quite a high fee but said we would have a lovely car and english speaking driver. What turned up was an uber with a driver who spoke no english at all in a clapped out car. We complained and another member of the staff sorted it out, we still ended up with a fairly old car but a really nice driver so had a great day. Highly recommend the hotel and restaurant, just don't expect any help from reception.... More

    Stayed here for two nights and had a very up and down stay. The Good: Comfortable bed allowing me the two best nights sleep in 25 days 😃 Nice breakfast on the roof terrace. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to the City Palace and Jagdish Temples. Shower was amazingly hot and powerful but... *see ‘The Bad’* The Bad: Shower/hot water. This is only turned on in the morning and evening. However on the first evening there was none, so we had to go down and speak to THE most unhelpful man at reception THREE TIMES before he worked out why our shower didn’t have hot water. It turned out he hadn’t turned on the switch on his desk to activate the hot water on Floor 2... And this happened AGAIN the following night. It also took 5 minutes for the hot water to eventually make it to our bathroom. I don’t mind hot water being rationed but I DO object to having to ask for it 😡 Cockroach in the bedroom 😱 Wi-if: utterly useless. Sometimes it did work... but only in reception. 😡 Would not stay here again! ... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
