    Well I booked this hotel for long weekend of Oct 2017. I reas previous reviews and was little skeptical about my stay. We reached late in evening, to our surprise we were given complimentary upgrade to super deluxe room (I had booked 2 stanard room). Room was neat and clean washrooms were tidy. Staff was friendly. Swimming pool was also clean. Things I didn't like was their food and beverages division. Kitchen is not all equipped to cater more than 50 ppl at a time. we chose for ala carte Breakfast as there were only paratha and poha with option of tea coffee or juice. and it was for ₹150 per person. I an not exaggerating but it took them 90 minutes to serve breakfast for 3 ppl it was simple as uttappa and dosa. also food was not upto the mark either. there no chutny served along. when asked they answered not prepared yet. MY ADVISE DO NOT OPT FOR WITH BREAKFAST DO NOT FO FOR STANDARD ROOM THERE ARE AS WORSE AS JAIL... More

    Very bad and dirty rooms. Not what is shown in the photos. You can have better places cheaper than this. The bathrooms are very dirty and the walls are plastered with cement. Beach is 1km from this hotel.... More

    Total waste of money!

    My family and I stayed for 5 nights in this hotel and the experience was terrible. The only reason we did not walk out of this place was because I had paid the full amount in advance. It is not worthy of being called a hotel, because even the basic amenities that one expects from a standard hotel were missing. It is more like a guest house; perhaps the difference is that it does not have a common toilet (thank God for that!). The shower in the bathroom faced the bathroom door (???), and water seeped into the bedroom after having a shower. The only toiletries was a small bar of soap. Only 1 towel was provided, although we had booked a so-called "superior" double room for 3 adults through a reputed and reliable website. After making a complaint, we were shifted to another room which had its own share of nasty surprises. There was no towel rod and no soap-dish in the bathroom. We had to make a big noise in the lobby before we were provided these basic facilities. The wardrobe in the bedroom did not have any handles. The TV did not work, and there was no AC remote. The only positive aspect of Plazaa Inn is its location. This property has been given a 3-star rating, when in reality it does not deserve even 1 star. AVOID this place, unless you want to torture yourself and have a miserable stay in Goa!... More

    Worst Hotel In Goa

    I really dont want to remember this hotel but just to keep traveler away from this place. It look nice so we decided to go there and we paid all money in advance and booked a executive room ( as its told by the reception guy). The housekeeping guy open the door and guess who was welcoming us.. Two cockroach.. Hilarious that was.. we manage to stay on night and promise by hotel staff they will cleared everything so you wont get disturb. But the next day morning it was so horrible that there are so many cockroaches in the room that we cant afford to stay there. straight back to reception and fought for refund, finally after 2 hrs got the refund and we moved on to Calangute tower... Guys please stay away from this Hotel...... More

Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 10 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
