    First of all i don't recommend this place for anyone. Checkin was smooth,Room was not clean, Floor was full of dust. average food. House keeping and room service was good. We check in to hotel late night by 11 pm. Next day 11.10 am I got a call from reception and she said your allowed time is over and you have to vacate room now . I requested her for 30 minutes to take bath and pack bags but she refused to allow even a half hour. she said it will charge you extra . I got surprised by her behaviour. We checked out the hotel by 11.30 am with out a bath.... More

    When you reach Manali Bustop via Bus or reach Manali via cab service - It is just at the heart of the tourist place. In Precise : 1. Room Service : Awesome 2. Food : Satisfactorily though it will be better if they provide more buffet options 3. Cost : Suits Pocket 4. View from Hotel : Just Superb when you see snow cladded hills out from Window 5. Don't Miss : Spa 6. Transport Facilities : Though you can avail cheaper options to view entire Manali from Mall Road local transporters - but Piccadilly Resort too provides private/shared services with some extra cost. Overall : 7.5 /10 Much Much better than nearby hotels in Manali Mall Road area. I will recommend everyone to try this hotel when you next visit Manali.     The best part of this hotel is its location, the interiors are quite nice,however the staff don't really seem interested in providing service. Specially the guy & the lady at reception seemed not interested, have to ask every question twice to get an answer. The toilets were dirty and exhaust wasn't function,hence there was a stench when we just checked in. Had to call housekeeping to get in cleaned again.... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
